Good location, just in the habour, sea viewing very beautiful, downstairs sushi restaraunt very nice. Quiet . Good breakfast. Price not so good because room small, but we like it and enjoy.

The access to wifi was totally bad and I think the hotel is very expensive for the way it is.it doesn't look as it is on the internet

Breakfast was good and freshly made and the dining area had a great view. Good location right in the centre of town.

Wi fi was ridiculously expensive which isn't acceptable in my view

On your invoice they have charged us for 6 telephone calls which we definetly have not made as we have not been in the hotel at that time. Unfortunately we made this out later at home. On two written complaints we haven't received any comment or refund.

The location was fantastic! There is a wide range of restaurants very near by.

We had a room next to the road so no view and it was a bit loud (not too bad).

Very Central. Room spotless and well serviced. Staff at Reception/Breakfast in fact all staff Super!

No lounge where one could have a coffee/drink. Night cap would have been very nice - if available!!!!

Great views, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, beautiful linen.

One of our group has great difficulty with stairs. I've looked again at your website, and it makes no mention of the fact there is no lift and that breakfast is served on the 'third' floor. Luckily their bedroom (by chance) was on the ground floor, but maybe you could offer a breakfast served in the lobby for those with mobility problems?

The location of the hotel was magnificent, close to boulders beach and the museums. The view from the room was beautiful. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. My husband says it was his best birthday weekend as of yet.

Great interior decoration throughout, not too fussy, simple and elegant. Staff lovely in the main, especially the breakfast staff. The breakfast room was a delightful place to start the day

For goodness sake, why no free WiFi? This is the only hotel we stayed in without WiFi through out our trip. This is not an economy type accommodation by style or price.

Older facility in need if updates Some staff members did not seem to be well informed of policies and how to resolve issues Air conditioning was broken and not resolved until requested twice

Location was good for getting around in the day with some nice sightseeing nearby.

Lack of a hotel bar which meant going out in the evening. We found it quiet in Simonstown at night but didn't want to drive.

    1. The room we moved to in the front of the hotel was excellent. 2. Breakfast was really good. 3. Tamarin delivered excellent service when we eventually got hold of her.

    1. Initial room we had to stay in was sea facing... If you stood in the corner of the room overlooking a parking lot. 2. Stench of the rooms and passages in the back - Sea Facing Rooms. 3. Poor service of after hours management. 4. Lack of response from after hours management. 5. No hot water in the shower. 6. Disgusting odour emanating from the restaurants below i.e. smell of bins filled with old food smoldering in the heat. 7. Could not open a window or use the aircon as this made the smell worse. 8. We asked for a mattress to our room and waited two days the night manager thought it was okay for our two year old son to sleep in a camping cot on a piece of hard board with a blanket and no duvet. 9. The room we stayed in initially (2days) had a great view of a staircase/ramp where the rest of the hotel walked past so no privacy if you did not close the curtains.
