St Phillips Bed & Breakfast  

Everything was perfect. The kindness of Margie and Loraine, their help to organize our time in Port Elizabeth, in Addo, in Schotia was marvellous. Thanks them for everything.

We liked everything.

Nice big room with private bathroom, fairly fast internet for South Africa:), nice breakfast and really nice people! Restaurants and bars close by and parking safe within the gates of the house, we had really good time

I loved the personal service offered - we were met by Loreen who was professional, friendly, helpful & more. The breakfast was served by Margie herself & the beds were super-comfy!

Margie is an absolute sweetie. She made us feel very welcome, did a great breakfast and was a mine of information. One of the highlights of our time in South Africa (we visited Cape Town and Knysna as well as pe) was a trip to a local nature reserve recommended by Margie.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this beautiful house. The St Phillips is situated in a very quiet an safe area with nice restaurants round tge corner. The house and interior are just beautiful with comfortable rooms and a fantanstic balcony. Our hosts Loreen and Margie could not be more welcoming, they made us feel as friends, Thank you!!!

The friendliness of the staff. The location in an old but upcoming area with nice bars and restaurants. The beautiful old Victorian house which was very tastefully decorated. Very reasonably priced for excellent value.

Very comfortable-large bedroom in old colonial house. Safe parking for car and choice of good restaurants at the end of the road. Very friendly helpful owner and the B&B was easy to find from the n2 along Cape Road.

We did have to use the car to get to the beach or town but as there is ample parking this was not a big problem.

Very helpful and friendly staff. 2 mins walk to great bars and restaurants (particularly recommend Sticky Fingers!) It was just the two of us but we were lucky to get the family room at the front which was actually two bedrooms in one plus large balcony.

Absolutely everything..... Briliant in every way

I had a very good stay at St Phillips Bed and Breakfast. The staff was very nice and friendly and recommended nice places to eat and drink at night. There is a string of very nice bars/resturants right down the road from the hotel. The location here is Port Elizabeth Central and is only a short drive, long long walk to the Boardwalk, Barney's etc where the main tourist portion of Port Elizabeth is. Greenacrers Mall is not too far away either. Rooms were very clean, nice balacony and very bright during the day. Bed at night was very confortable. Breakfast in the morning was also very good.

Notre hotesse etait d'une rare gentillesse et avec beaucoup d'humour. Cette une vieille maison remplie de charme, avec beaucoup de confort. Tout etait parfait. Je recommande vivement ce B&B.

das Haus ist traumhaft - wir würden sehr herzlich von der charmanten Zoe empfangen, die auch immer ein offenes Ohr und viele Tipps parat hatte - die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und das Frühstück war sehr gut - die Lage war ebenfalls top

Sehr sehr nettes Personal und sehr gute Ausstattung! Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr geschmackvoll. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Wir wurden nett empfangen und es wurden uns gute Tipps für Restaurants gegeben. Sehr gute Lage in PE,auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert,zumal der Preis absolut in Ordnung ist!

Karakteristiek pand met prachtige kamers en 2 zeer vriendelijke gastvrouwen. Op loopafstand heel leuk straatje met diverse trendy restaurants, waar Kaapstad jaloers op zou zijn.

Très bon acceuil de la part de Maggie. La chambre est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais très bon.

les toilettes ne sont pas vraiment séparé de la chambre juste une porte batante. Un peu éloigné de la ville. Besoin d'une voiture pour s'y rendre.

Zeer mooi ingerichte kamers

Maison historique, peut être la plus vieille de la ville, style Victorien. Très bien restaurée et proche de petits restos accessibles à pieds. Accueil chaleureux. La propriétaire ne manquera pas de parler qq mots de français avec vous!

Das B&B befindet sich in einem sehr schön renovierten viktorianischen Haus in Richmond Hill. Die Zimmer sind, wie das gesamte B&B - sehr geschmackvoll einrichtet. Unser Zimmer hatte sogar einen Zugang zum Balkon mit eigenen Balkonmöbeln. In fußläufiger Distanz befinden sich zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants, auch die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Margie und Loreen sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, bei denen man sich als Gast sehr wohlfühlen kann.

Die MItarbeiterin die uns in Empfang genommen hat, war ausgesprochen freundlich und man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. In der Nähe befinden sich einige gute Lokale. Man benötigt ein Auto, um nach Port Elizabeth zu gelangen, aber die Unterkunft ist sauber und liegt sehr schön. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen!
