Location is great. Very central and close to everything. View and apartments great.

Only 2 chairs outside and pots and pans very limited.

Friendly service,making us feel welcome and @ home. We really loved everything.

There was a mouse in our apartment,was freaky n scary 4 da girls.

No water the first night, and no notification thereof. Lots of baby roaches on kitchen counter tops.

The apartments are not well maintained. Nothing gets repaired or replaced. Damaged cutlery and rooms are not even cleaned properly by house keeping. Most equipment and furnishings are broken and never repaired in the apartment. The apartments condition is disappointing and it is not represented by the photo's on the website.

There was nothing we did not like

This was our 2nd trip back to the Resort, and enjoyed out stay. The location is great with easy access to all major arterial roads, airport and city. The Canal Walk shopping centre is also a big plus. Ample parking also makes it a great spot to stay. The view from each of the balconies is also good - gives the Unit a great "open air" feeling. The one problem I see, is that the Units are really in need of a couple of upgrades, especially as you rank yourselves 4 star. A bigger flat screen tv is a definite must. The one in our Unit was an antique!! The carpets were very badly stained and in a very poor condition. Not what one would expect for a 4 star establishment!! Ceiling fans are also a definite must, given that there are no security screens/bars on the bedrooms windows. It makes sleeping in the hot humid conditions very difficult, to say the least almost impossible. This is very important, especially for the 2nd bedroom which is right on the passage way, and has no air flow whatsoever. Other than that the Unit was well stocked and we enjoyed our stay. A few of the kitchen cupboards also had very wobbly/broken shelves which could do with some fixing. Regards Rita

No security!!! Needs ceiling fans or security on windows and doors!! Temperature unbearable in summer.

We were fortunate to have some ocean view, and the staff was very accommodative of us especially that we moved crockery from one room to the other as we had booked two apartments. The facilities were excelllent although we did not explore all of them, but it is definitely worth visiting again

What a difficult question to answer. But I would say driving through the neighbourhood at night was a bit concerning but nothing bad happened.

Beds were comfortable.

Not a 4 star establishment. Apartment was drab, no pictures on living room walls, walls dirty, cracked tiles, cupboard hanging rails and shelves broken. Had to repeatedly ask for correct towels and bath mats, room being services at 5.30 pm.

The location is excellent, the apartment was comfortable, spacious and very neat. We will definitely come back to stay here again!

During our stay of 4 days, there were 2 functions at the hotel's restaurant - this was very noisy and disturbing, as we wanted to have a relaxing and quite holiday. The dishes were not very clean, and I had to wash everything before using it.

Complex was so big you need to print a map of interior to find your way around .

The stunning views and the relaxation feeling . Also awesome family couch ...where the entire family could chill on. Execellent and friendly staff.Beutiful place.

No Cartoon channel for the kids ,also would have been nice if any of the 3 pools were warmer and catered for kiddies to splash in ( esp 2 and 3 yr olds) a small shelter to avoid the winds at the pool decks would be awesome too.

The location was fantastic. So close to city but very relaxing because its at the beach. Felt very safe and relaxed.

I felt the bathrooms could be cleaned up better each day.

The cleaning is not of high standard, the balcony was never cleaned during my stay and the toilets smells very bad

Apartments are big. Cleaning done every day. The view of the ocean and lagoon breath taking. Worth the stay. Close to bus route and shopping centers yet far enough to enjoy the tranquility of the ocean. Worth every cent. Will definitely return.

Really good central location and perfect for beack access ( beach at your front door !)
