The suite was very comfortable and the staff friendly as well as helpful. Loved the real wood fire in the room.

Breakfast was variable. Fried eggs not always done as requested. Portions of bacon varied. Dinner menu had items not available.

The location is convenient for walking to some shopping and restaurants.

This property was probably great at one time, but is now a bit tired. Wi fi in the room didn't work, the lights in some sections worked sporatically or not at all. The staff has a bit a strange affect, not exactly unpleasant but sort of harried and uncomfortable, although the hotel was virtually empty. Seemingly simple requests like making a reservation or hiring a driver required a lot of dialogue with a minimum of two. Many of them had a difficult time understanding English. I wanted to have dinner there but was oddly discouraged and told it would be empty (it was Saturday), and it was. It seemed to be symtomatic of needing a new manager, especially after watching him in action the next day while sitting in the lobby which was necessary to use the internet. He was sort of scary and very unhappy. Extremely overpriced as it does not present even close to a four or five star property.

We liked the snacks and bottles of water strategically placed, the papers in the morning, the natural privacy of the apartment, the tasty dinner, the complementary mini-bar, the peace, the vegetable garden.

The TV had limited movement. I would have preferred one longer cord to a multi-adaptor on the trolley. This would allow the TV to be placed central to the beds or recliners.

Exceptionally well designed hotel making ingenious use of space on site. Very comfortable suites. Would definitely revisit.
