Honest value near Airport with plenty shopping around. Food was v.good but drinks??? Staff very helpful. Room older but comfortable. Plenty parking . Asked to pay for WiFi but not charged.

Right under runway approach. Entrance hard to find after dark (you drive passed turn in side street and come back.

3rd time that the AC in my room could not go lower than 25 degrees C. Makes for very perspiring experience. I am familiar with this type of AC unit & it is either set to limit to 25 degrees or needs a service. Though the single glazed windows provide little acoustic insulation from the passing airplanes, the noise is still worse if trying to sleep with the windows open if you are a light sleeper.

Better acoustic insulation (double glazing) against airplane noise would have been a welcome addition.

Always love staying here. It is so convenient and the staff are ALWATS so helpful and friendly. Breakfast awsome, also the fish dish...hmm!

Ett gammalt hotell man försökt piffa upp med billiga medel. Stora delar av hotellet luktar ännu rök/cigaretter. Restaurangen är väldigt tråkig, men hyfsad mat / frukost

The rooms require a make over, the mattress was old & springy and the bathroom was rather aged.

Rooms were too small. Facilities did not match with the money spent i.e., not value for money.

Proximity to the airport and the shuttle service.

Erratic wireless network especially challenges with provided passwords and usernames.

Friendly, helpful staff, tasty food, clean rooms and situated close to shops and international airport.

Shocking, rude front of house and reception staff. Incompetant and lack of knowledge of booking requirements (this has happened previously EVERY time we've che4cked in!) aswell as our problem, were other dissatisfied guests checking in too! I always stay there, and will NEVER stay there again! The staff are arrogant and thick with NO brains or hospitality experience! The fat african woman at the front desk should be FIRED!

The proximity to all amenities

The reception staff are unfriendly and not very well trained. I arrived on 22 June 2012 after I made a booking and paid on 20 May 2012. The system was off line and I was told I could not book in as I had not paid. I showed them the Booking.com confirmation but they insisted on swiping my credit card again. Eventually I was booked in after about 20 minutes! No apology or nothing from their staff.

I arrived early in the morning after flying all night, and the wonderful hotel staff let me inot my room at no extra cost....was much , appreciated. It is so comfortable, and there is also a lounge where no- one troubles you if you need to wait for your airport time. Free airport bus...wonderful, wonderful. I have stayed there before, thus I stay again, and again,and again.

A few things could do with some repair, but this is Africa!

Rang day before I was due to bookin and the hotel had no record of the booking, even though I had confirmation form Booking.com. Had to ring the following morning as I did not receive a call back by 7.00am as promised.

Prima ontvangst. Wij waren onverwacht met drie gasten, terwijl we voor twee gereserveerd hadden. Dit was geen enkel probleem. We kregen een kamer met twee tweepersoonsbedden en het was opgelost. Het is bijzonder spannend dat de vliegtuigen zo laag over komen vliegen. Wij verbleven hier maar voor één nacht dus het lawaai was geen bron van ergernis.

Het personeel was in het begin wat kort van stof, maar dit werd na enige tijd minder.
