The Owner organised our whale watching trip in 2 minutes and it turned out to be the best trip imaginable rather than the one we booked originally that we opted out of due to bad wind the day before. Very knowledgable and friendly , wonderful place and area.
We arrived late at the B&B but Steve, the owner, was completely ok with that and he was really kind. He suggested us a plan for the day after for watching the whales without going back to Hermanus. Thanks to him we were able to save time to go to Cape Agulhas. Steve was amazingly nice, the place cozy and clean and the breakfast was great with homemade bread and muffins! In addition, Pearly beach is very nice town, less commercial than Hermanus. We had the opportunity to see two whales standing just in front of the beach close to the B&B (we were advised by Steve)!!
Owner Steve is very helpful, thanks a lot for booking the whale watching tour for us, an experince we'll never forget. Great breakfast. Definitely would come back again.
i loved the way the owner made us feel at home and went out of his way for us
the bed is nice but could be much more firmer
very near the beach.
choice of eating houses very limited. The one we chose was noisy smokey and limited menu. but it is off the beaten track.
Owner Steve went the extra mile and helped us out with our shark cage diving (not only giving recommendation but taking some phone calls and secure us a spot on a safe boat). Good breakfast (Steve is a buddy of Gordon Ramsay) Everything neat, tidy and clean. Would definitely book again next time.
Limited options for Dinner, but Die Rooibier Restaurant is a nice place to go to (not fancy but feels very real, many locals, thanks Steve again for all your recommendations).
Steve is very friendly and helpful.
Fantastic hospitality from owner, Steve, who was chatty, informative, and very helpful. Breakfasts were cheerfully served at the time requested and were very good. Rooms attractively comfortable and extremely clean.
The area doesn't have too much choice by way of places to eat - the only viable local restaurant, Rooibier, lacks in terms of decor and cleanliness, but makes up for it in their welcome and tasty food.
The Staff was very friendly and gave hints what to see in Pearly Beach. The cot for our baby was perfect and there were also some toys available for him. Kitchen for self catering was available, which was neccessary because in Pearly Beach is only a small choice of Restaurants. Bringing own food along I would recommend if you have high demands on food. We saw whales - great experience!
Steve was very friendly and he is he served wonderful breakfast, he can bake an egg to perfection.
Clean...spotless, friendly host. Very helpful
Having to pay for child in cash, why can't this be added to the credit card transaction.
