“Awesome location, close to Clifton Beach, close to Virgin Active Gym and the V&A Waterfront. Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious room with a great view of the sea. Great self catering area in the room which was neatly hidden behind a cupboard. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you.”

Superior!!! This was an experience of a life-time! Highly recommended, setting the benchmark for others to follow.Location excellent! !-Henning j Snyman Hotel excellent however, I and lot's of others have issues with Booking.com. Regarding payments made by booking.com to this hotel. Various customers in the past at this hotel had a bad experience (as well as I now) when checking out because everyone thought that everything is paid in advance by Booking .com just to realize at the check- out point that only the deposit has been paid over to the hotel-leaving you standing angry and with a red face! I mean I've received documents from Booking.com that everything has been paid!!! Apparantly according to front desk personnel its happening al the time when guests making bookings through Booking.com. Believe me the most wonderfull experience can be cancelled on the check-out day! I want this to be investigated as soon as possible.

Just short walk from beach and shops, bars and restraunts. In residential neighbourhood which felt very safe. Close to beachside community.

The view and the location was superb. The dishcloths stank. The bathroom was poorly maintained, badly cleaned. The beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on, it was like sleeping on the floor. The housekeeping was poor, the bed badly made up. They lied about having DSTV. They had 1 channel. There are over 150 DSTV channels. 1 out of 150 does not = having DSTV They should be ashamed of themselves

The hotel has a good location in Sea Point a block from the seafront and the rooms are well equipped for a short stay. The standard rooms are not suites and not really luxury but are good value for the price. Poor lighting in the room, an uncomfortable mattress and being charged for parking in an area that was difficult to get in and out of are the negatives.

Loved the room design. We stayed in a duplex semi-suite - our room was upstairs and our daughter had a double sleeper couch downstairs in the lounge. Loved the spaciousness, the fact that we each had our own bathroom and TV, the clever kitchen design and of course the awesome views from both balconies!

Good location near the seaside. Nice comfortable- not too big hotel. Very close to all Cape Town's attractions and Waterfront area. Everything really nice and staff also friendly. Enjoyable stay but think hotel rather a 3 star than a 4 star, but will stay there again. No balcony. No view of Lions Head (view blocked by apartment building behind hotel). Noisy extraction fan in bathroom and very old fashioned noisy air conditioner in room. Pay parking a complete nightmare. Too many parking spaces in very small area.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel but also nothing special about it. It caslls for 4 stars but I would say 3 max. Typical hotel, you pay for room, breakfast, parking and wifi use (6 euro/hr). My wife got stock in the elevator for 30 minutes. I would not go again as it has nothing special to offer. just another hotel.....

Good location for a visit to cape town, hop on hop off bus stop just outside, not too far away from the waterfront and also close to the jet set beaches Breakfest service could be more efficient
