Superior!!! This was an experience of a life-time! Highly recommended, setting the benchmark for others to follow.Location excellent! !-Henning j Snyman Hotel excellent however, I and lot's of others have issues with Booking.com. Regarding payments made by booking.com to this hotel. Various customers in the past at this hotel had a bad experience (as well as I now) when checking out because everyone thought that everything is paid in advance by Booking .com just to realize at the check- out point that only the deposit has been paid over to the hotel-leaving you standing angry and with a red face! I mean I've received documents from Booking.com that everything has been paid!!! Apparantly according to front desk personnel its happening al the time when guests making bookings through Booking.com. Believe me the most wonderfull experience can be cancelled on the check-out day! I want this to be investigated as soon as possible.

The rooms were big One should be given a choice between rooms with a sea view or higher up. Didnt like being on the 2nd floor with a view of the street -- had to keep the curtains closed all the time

We enjoyed our stay at the Bantry Bay Luxury Suites. It was clean and has good facilities, and is very well located for access to the beaches, the Waterfront and the Cape Quarter. The staff is polite, friendly and helpful, and they anticipate one's needs. It also has good indoor parking facilities (at a cost of R35 per night). We will definitely stay there again.

This was by far the best 4 star hotel I've ever stayed in and probably better than many 5 star. The room was massive, clean and with a great view. The breakfast was a highlight. Lastly the staff were amazing, always attentive and very friendly. Very happy to recommend this lovely hotel!! Internet is too expensive

The rooms are spacious and fully equipped. The decorations of the room is not well thought through? The tv is on the left side of the bed and the bed is facing a couch? Why don't you invest in the hotel, and get flatscreens against the wall? I also found it unnecessary and exploitative that one has to pay EXTRA for parking? I think if you stay at the hotel, you should at least be entitled to park your car for free.

The location. I could walk next to the sea and be ready for early morning meetings Only complaint is my internet. I paid for 5 days and lost 2.5 of it due to technical reasons. The staff at the time although very friendly informed me they had to wait for the powers to be to find out if they could give me a new voucher

Bantry Bay Luxury Suites were central to tour around Cape Town. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was large and accomodated both a shower and a bath it was ideal. Pease take note.....its the largest studio room I have ever stayed in, for a studio its huge! The Bantry Bay Luxury Suites are the best value for money we have ever had!. and will stay there again on our next visit to Cape Town.

I liked the location and even if you don't have your own transport, public transport is very easy to get and the price is reasonable as well. It is near to so many places , such as V& A, Table Mountain, the Beach etc. first It was not easy to get the Hotel, because it is right in the middle and very difficult to see where it is, especially for someone like me , who came to Cape Town for the first time and I was driving as well.

Studio apartment quite large, and couldnt fault cleanliness. . Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Location superb for beach, strolling / jogging along the promenade, amenities / food shops close by, visiting city and waterfront using shuttle bus. Street traffic i think could be noisy for the main st facing apartments - probably better to ask for side facing the President Hotel. Room was opposite the lift which on one occasion was used a gathering place by a group of guys -

The space and privacy and the fact that it is a small boutique type hotel The pool is not great, small and painted a dark colour, so our children refused to swim. It also went green and was out of order for 3 days. The breakfast is not great, nor the service at breakfast

We arrived at 2pm check in time and our room was not ready until after 3. We were traveling with a toddler who was rather tired and needed an afternoon nap which didn't happen as when we got to the room the porta cot wasn't there that we requested and had to wAit another half an hr for that. The room we stayed in was two story wi steep stairs, not ideal for active toddler but we managed. The room was on the corner of the main street and windows did not block out noise at all. The first night hardly any of us slept because of the street noise. On request to change room we were told that because we were only staying a short stay we couldn't be changed... The room available that was similar on the other side of the hotel was getting ready for someone staying longer so they had priority. With an 18 mth old who didn't sleep plus 28 weeks pregnant this was not music to our ears. The pool was also filthy on arrival and did notlook inviting at all. The room service staff were friendly and very apologetic but told us there was only 1 person working it for food and beverage on Saturday night so our order took an hr to get to us, items were forgotten such as sauce and salt etc.

It was a gem. We loved the layout, the kitchen in the closest. Staff was phenomenal. Answered every question we had including how to use our cell phone! Helped us find food late at night and made us wish we were staying more than 18 hours. View was phenomenal. Just needed clearer directions from the airport. Had trouble finding it.

Great Location. Comfortable. Restaurant Service very poor. No management on duty during Peak Season December. Requested a full see view but got a partial sea view but paid extra for the view.
