This hotel is all about location. 5 stars for location but not for anything else! If its location you are looking for then its worth the money. Not a high standard at all. Rooms very basic and cheap looking! The service in this hotel is extremely poor from reception to lounge staff. I would give it 2* tops! If its service you want do not stay here. |

Prime position in Camps Bay Based on qualtiy of the service, and the very poor finish around the hotel i would say it was poor value for money |

The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. The ground floor bar could be a little more organised - slow to get the bill and ran out of nuts....not a major problem though |

absolute perfection and professionalism, bar facilities with the fire places briliant views from room, friendly and efficient service of the staff, 24hour deli and the cocktails are for sure the best in town - brilliant in all ways |

Bon petit déjeuner,hôtel très bien situe et jolie vue sur la plage et la baie. Chambre très spacieuse et gentillesse du personnel. Utility room mise a disposition pour se changer. |
