This hotel is just perfect, including the stylish interior and exterior, the location, and especially the staff. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to everyone. Thanks for the helpful travel tips every day. The price/quality ratio is also exceptionally good.

Great facilities, great food, impeccable service.

Perfect place!!! One of the best which I saw in South Africa. First of all, because of owners - nice, helpful people! Everything in the hotel is new, there is the big garden, good English breakfast. The owners advised us the good cafes for dinner, it was perfect too. Wanna back again to this place.

1) The staff and management are friendly and always willing to help. 2) The rooms are clean, spacious and beautiful (We stayed in 3 different rooms) 3) The location is within walking distance to food and shopping area. A car will be extremely useful because it is near to Camps Bay which is beautiful 4) The prices are very reasonable for the type of breakfast they provide, the facilities of the hotel, the decor of the rooms, service standard of their staff, free wifi in all areas, mountain and sea views from all my rooms and free parking for my rented car. I will specifically mentioned some of the staff in the hotel because after staying for 7 nights we had numerous encounters with them. 1) Ruan, he is warm, helpful and never fail to give us a smile whenever we see him. Even thought there was a misunderstanding on one of the booking - shark diving trip, he honoured his words and settled the issue for us. We are fortunately to have met a fine young man like him. 2) Rinna, he is jovial, caring and always carry with a smile with him. His attentiveness and meticulous way of handling things made us feel secure and safe. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. 3) Philip, he is helpful and keen to offer his help every time we see him. We felt bad that because of our request he had some miscommunication with the tour operator. The issue did not end well but it will settled eventually. Thank you Philip for trying your best and we appreciate your kind intention. 4) Phil, a true leader and a man of his words. We missed out our trip to Victoria Falls because of some miscommunication between the hotel staff and tour operator and that was depressing because we wanted to celebrate our birthday there. When Phil knew about it, he went all the way to assist us and eventually we made it and my GF was elated and happy to spent her birthday inside one of the wonder of the word - Victoria Falls. Thank you Phil for saving our 17 days birthday trip with your kindness.

My wife and I stayed at The Glen last month. We experienced a level of service which is very rare. Special thanks to Phillip Botha who was really incredible: organizing a rental car, giving advice on what to see, making numerous phone calls, bookings, etc.... Really fantastic. thank you Phillip and your team, you are doing great! Will be back!

Room was big and comfortable. Breakfasts very tasty. Pool looked great.

No hair dryer in the room initially. Room 11 is extremely noisy. You can hear people walking on a wooden floor above almost 24 hours a day. We were woken at 07h15 on the Saturday morning so they could access an electricty box. We had only gone to bed at 01h00 so that was not pleasant. The tv did not work initially.

Fantastic service clean a wonderful place to stay would recommend anyone to stay there really fantastic. Will return many times I. The future

location was off in a suburban area, sea point. Ok as we had a vehicle.

Warm welcome, efficient book-in. Large room & bathroom, underfloor heating in bathroom. Very pleasing & flexible breakfast times on Sunday. Good breakfast enhanced by being able to sit out on the pleasant patio.

Warm water ran out in our bathroom on Sunday morning, luckily it was a warm day.

Staff friendliness and making it extra special for us.

Great place to stay. Very central and yet located in a very quiet area. The decor and the attention to detail is superb. The friendly staff goes out of their way to ensure your utmost confort and willing to assist in all ways possible.

Nothing, liked everything

The management were kind enough to allow me to bring to my 7yr old adopted but previously deprived "grandson" along.We naturally avoiced steamroom etc!! AND we were also upgraded to luxury apartment. The other residents were friendly The staff at front desk couldnt have been more helpful

Cleaning ladies not up to standard

Wonderful hotel with excellent service and a nice rooms. We (a straight couple) lived in a deluxe double, and really felt at home. The very helpful staff, provided excellent service and great recommendations! Secure parking area, and good kitchen - even an iMac in the room if necessary..!

Not really any complaints to add. The Tv had only a few channels and was of poor quality, but we don't travel to watch telly, so didn't use it anyway...

I have nothing but nice things to say about this hotel. The place is modern, very nice interiors and decor. Very nice atmosphere to relax. The staff is the highest point, very helpful and friendly. Frederich, from the frontdesk is just one of the stars. The breakfast was simple, but yet, delicious. I definetely recommend this hotel.
