Nice hotel, great facilities, very comfortable beds

Very little choices for breakfast, did'nt think it was value for money

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Good location for Air port

Attitude at reception was very poor. I felt like I was intruding on her time. No smiles and no welcome

Only 2 portions of milk, tea nad coffee were on offer in the room so we were not able to have more the one cup of tea each.

No shower curtain makes the bathroom floor all wet! There was NO fridge,Ironing board, and 2nd saucer in the room. There was only de-cafinated coffee in the room for both days.

I like the spacious room. This value form money. Our friends from jhb who stayed over during this weekend were very impressed with the quality of the rooms and indicated that this was value for money.

The way i was looked after and spoken to by all the staff i met during my stay since i first walked into the Hotel until i left was Excellent!!! The whole hotel very clean and quite with no unwanted people hanging around.

A real traditional English hotel with thick carpets and classic stylish wooden furniture. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel only serves breakfast - dinner is available at the nearby shopping centres.

The room was a bit suffocating when the door was close. I think an extraction fan for the bathroom would help.

A big comfortable bed, friendly and very helpfull staff. Secure parking. Cleaning staff did an excelent job. Very business friendly when I needed to attend to some emails, they had the facality for me to do so at no extra cost. I felt home. Booking in and out was very quick with no hassels. Staff knows whats going on and stood ready the whole time to assist. Great hotel, will be visiting there soon again. Keep it up guys!

On the brochure it said that a jacuzzi was available which was not available when I arrived. A bit dissapointed about that, but other than that, I really cant complain.

The reception / check in staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was not up to standard. The young black male host at the breakfast bar was very rude and abrupt. I was served burnt toast and my husband requested for the toast to be taken away and serve new toast. The lady did not even apologize for serving burnt toast but reacted as if she was doing us a favor. She then brought back the same toast with the burnt part scrapped off. I find that very unacceptable and displeasing. I paid my money and expect service to be given. R45 per person for a breakfast, I would expected to receive a good meal before it was very disappointing.

there was bed bugs, the bugs bite almost the whole family, but other wise it was great

Hotel was modern. Swimming pool area is the best. Rooms are excellent and huge. The beds are out of this world. Easy access in and out Hotel. Underground Parking. Have stayed in 5 star Hotels in Durban area before and must say if sea view doesn't bother you this place is the best.
