The Kelway Hotel  

Good location close to beach. Good view. Very spacious, luxury rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good brakfast and reasonably price restaurant. Best prawn and chicken curry. Steaked cooked to perfection. Useful WiFi access when needed.

Lift very slow and not if is was working. It was a bit of a stuggle for my elderly (78 and 80 years old) parents but they enjoyed their stay.

All the staff at Kelway were above & beyond excellent, especially at breakfast

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

Room 52 should not be described as having a 'sea view'. The damage to the road leading up to the hotel was most off-putting.

The shower head needs to be replaced does not suit the shower and does work correctly water comes out to hard

The restaurant staff always had a smile on their faces and were very attentive. The rooms were top class and the reception staff were very warm and welcoming.

The shower did not drain the water properly, thus if one took a long shower, the surrounding area would be flooded.

The seaviews from the bar & restaurant were stunning The staff was very friendly The balcony outside the rooms was good or sitting and enjoying the seaviews.

It did not have towel rails, so the towels were on the bathroom counter. The shower is rather small. No shower caps. The aircon in the bathroom was very noisy so we kept the bathroom light off most of the time.

The breakfast had a wide variety of choice.

The sleeping bed for us was not a family double bed but two single beds adjacent to one another, and they kept shifting apart. Not Suitable for a married couple at all. We did not enjoy the warmth of our love at all. The food variety did not include some of our favourite like the spare ribs.

There wasn't enough light in the room, I had to ask for bedside lamps.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lovely room. Good food.

The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast had plenty of choice. There was ample free parking and the staff were accommodating.

We were slightly unsure on the area, but it may have been because it was our first day in SA and were slightly on edge until we relaxed! There seemed to be a conference on when we were there and not many other vacation residents so perhaps not the atmosphere we were looking for.

The location is closer to all amenities including the beach. I also liked the design of the building and the friendly staff.

I was without TV for 2 days and did report it the first day, one gentlemen tried to rectify the problem, with no sucess. This was a facility that was supose to be included for what I paid for, meaning that I did not receive full value for money.

What is advertised, is what you get. Staff friendly real value for money, excellent. 10/10

Not only The Kelway, but all places we are staying over do not have toilet brushes in the bathrooms, if we may suggest this, it takes the guilt trip away when leaving the bathroom.

Great value for money, well situated in pe, evening Buffet was great value. Overall my whole family enjoyed. Will come back.
