Room service can make off the menu items late at night, such as waffles and ice cream. reception is excellent. food quality is divine. staff is friendly and make an effort to call you by your name. location is perfect and you do not need to drive for shopping. top management is approachable and gives the best service. security is impeccable.
Mini bar is over stocked with everything, instead of asking what you like to have in it. service in the smoking launch is slow and you need to ask for service.
The training and friendliness of staff from the doorman, to porters, chambermaids etc. was excellent, except for breakfast under complaints
The only complaint. The service at breakfast was non existent. We had to signal to waiters, for first cup of coffee, to order hot meal, and for second cup of coffee. And getting their attention was not easy.

The location was great. Close to the train station, restaurants and shopping. I liked the style and theme of the hotel.

The billing procedure with regards use of Debit cards, the pre authorisation debits d account and makes check out cumbersome especially when the amount pre authorised is more than what the guest has spent at the hotel
We were upgraded and got a deluxe room and a suite The breakfast was outstanding Staff were very friendly.
reception could not find our booking at first and we had to wait to check in, they could not find the pre-payment at first and we had to wait for a long time to settle our accounts They did not add more towels/robes/water/snacks to the standard two as we were three per room The steam room was not working

Excellent breakfast and generally pleasant staff......the location and decor make for unquestionably a very agreeable experience.
The reception check-in on arrival was more condescending and officious than welcoming. While this was not the case on departure the first impression is so important ! Our room was also prepared for single occupancy on arrival instead of double...a strange oversight for this category of hotel !
