Very friendly staff, location was great for people that wanna explore Cape Town, very central and close to the hustle and bustle.

There is no gym, pool was not heated.

The peace and quiteness, The Staff been so friend .

The Breakfast , as they should learn to Cater for Halaal

The breakfast was not up to 4 star standard.

Excellent hotel! Nice rooms, clean, good breakfast, and superfriendly staff! Everyone was very helpful and nice, we would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The V&A Waterfront was slightly further away than we expected (about 25-30 minutes walk). Don't let this hold you back though, taxis are very cheap and will get you to the Waterfront in 5-10 minutes!

Needs better signage outside the hotel as it is in a narrow road and I passed twice before realizing where it was. Suggest a sign at right angles to the road

Very comfortable, well located. It combines a quiet, "off the beaten path" location with a hotel that was within walking distance of all the best of Cape Town. Very helpful front desk with fantastic assistance in all things. A really great hotel and well worth the price.

We loved the personal touches provided by the fantastic staff who helped to make our honeymoon perfect, along with the quiet location of the hotel only a 3 minute taxi ride to the v&a waterfront.

Although we only stayed at the hotel for one night, we experienced the staff as being very friendly and helpful, the facilities to be nicely set up and the rooms to be clean, spacious and functional.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and comfortable and the location is very convenient for the Cape Town waterfront.

A very nice hotel with perfect location in Green Point. All staff very friendly and helpful. Nice and spacious rooms and a very nice pool area. A very good choice of hotel if you want to explore Cape Town. Would definitely stay here again.

Bad wifi-solution. As a guest you only get a voucher of 10 Mbit per day, which is only sufficient for downloading some e-mails, but not enough for Facebook or using Viber, etc. We stayed at several hotels in South Africa during this trip and all other hotels are offering unlimited wifi. This is something thas has to be fixed at this hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood, located a 15-minute walk from downtown and very convenient to the Atlantic coast beaches. It is intimately scaled, with thoughtful modern design throughout. Best of all, the staff are very friendly, helpful, and laid-back... this was a perfect welcome to Cape Town!

Overall the staff were great; once inside reception, the ambience is one of calm with a view of the pool. The size of the room was ok. The pillows were too hard for our taste and after asking if they had anything softer, they were supplied.

I wasn't sure about the outside entrance - looks a little 'alcatrazy' with big grey coloured gates, but that hides the parking area and once inside, it's fine. I found that the room did not lend itself to females! The plug points were nowhere near the mirrors so it was difficult to dry my hair as the mirror was too far away.

Modernist, recently remodeled hotel that is excellently maintained. The front desk, cleaning and cooking staff are all friendly and helpful. Their service is incomparable and they work very hard to answer questions and make one´s visit a success.
