department of tourism, I was not impressed by the standard I don't think you qualify to be called a hotel
However they stay was nice and the staff member was very friendly and welcoming. Room was neat and comfortable. The aircon was a treat.
No one at reception, it was locked. Had to walk around to find someone. We didnt have our own key. No breakfast.
welcoming atmosphere Friendly chef Very clean rooms Satisfying dinner
No towels in the room on arrival. Had to request towels from the office. No DSTV options Power outage on arrival. Power only restored after 18:30 the evening. No back up lights or candles supplied.
having to phone and wait 20 minutes for some one to come and open up the place and check me in.
Very disappointing, although clean and modern. Staff were not particularly friendly and breakfast was really not up to scratch.
