The staff were, without exception, fantastic. From the 'meet 'n greet', to the concierge, to restaurant and cleaning staff ... everyone smiled and gave us the idea that it was a pleasure to be of service to us. Our rooms had not been cleaned by 2:45pm. We returned to the hotel in between the run and the swim (we were in town for the inter-provincial Biathlon) and would have liked to have been able to freshen up between events. The bathroom was a tad grubby: mould on curtains & tile grouting.

My reason for booking at the Pearl of Oudtshoon is it is very close to cango caves, which was 1 of my visits in Oudtshoon. it is centerally situated in the Town. i will definitly go back and stay in the Pearl. Just 1 thing, the fact that braais was not allowed.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Special mention of Morne at the breakfast room for his care and consideration. Keep up the good work! Well done to the Pearl of Oudshoorn staff. :-) None. No complaints. They facilitated a room change for me very smoothly due to an airconditioning leak. They are complimented instead!
