Light meals and snacks are served on the terrace daily, while the cocktail bar is open for refreshments from noon till late. A 24-hour room service option is also available.

The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and respectful. Shows excellent customer service apptitude. The tourist assistance staff were also especially efficient. Facilities like spa etc were at a different location, sister hotel - not very convenient. The swimming pool may do with some cleaning up. |

we loved the situation, next to wharf, shopping mall, aquarium....bus tour.walking distance to anything.fantastic stay. check out at 10h, too early especialy if you have a plane at night.One man told us that we would have a refreshing room, but the day after we di not get any, and were proposed the shower of the gymnasium!. |

The staff availability to assist you any time. The hotel location is very good. The fact that there is not internet in the rooms and no option to monitor the bill from the room. Also the fact that there are smoking rooms. |
