rooms were spacious and well set out. quality finishes with taste that gives it a clean look.

we had to upgrade to a two bedroom sweet. the studio had no bath.

1. its advertised about balcony, but its only a sliding glass, with a balcony thats just 20cms wide. 2. washing machine provided, but no tumble dryer. 3. although we had not requested, we got a spare bed for kids, it was a air infaltable bed, which we would not have used even if we wanted it...

Our apartment was comfortable, clean and our view out was delightful. A minute walk to the canal walk shopping, movies and restaurants. We extended our visit and would come again.

There was a washing machine but no dryer.

Perfect place for family with small kids...Ratanga Junction & Canal Walk Shopping Centre are a walk away.

The apatment was beautiful and the service was great.

Can be noisey on the odd evening.

Very conveniently situated for both Southern and Northern suburbs visits. Conveniently close to Canal Walk. Good view, security. Friendly staff.

The parking is confusing. One drives in and follows the signs to the Residences. As you drive you find rows of reserved signs and you make a very natural assumption that this is parking reserved for residences as it is very close to the Residents escalator and does not have sinage indicating that it reserved for someone in particular. We parked in one of the reserved bays right in front of the window where a security guard in a black suit was sitting. He watched us park and did not say anything.The next day we came out to find our car clamped at the instructions of the deputy manager of the hotel, Mr Venter. This spoilt our stay and we will not be returning. We have spoken to several people who reccommended Crystal Towers and each confirmed that they only parked in the reserved parking as they had made the same assumption. Why are these reserved but unnamed staff bays placed next to the escalator on the ground floor when they can just as easily be situated in the lower basement around the escalator where other, clearly named, reserved bays are situated. Visitors are most likely to use the ground floor as they are unfamiliar with the basement. Another irritation was that every day on at least either entry or exit, the card did not work and came up with a message saying that the card was not valid and then one has to call for assistance.

Location and service.

The location of The Residences is excellent and our apartment was clean and comfortable.

The hot water in the shower and taps was cold. We were offered another apartment and the water in the hot water taps was also cold so we decided not to move out of the apartment allocated to us.

Geachte wij zijn bij aankost direct naar de receptie gegaan. Daar werd mij verteld dat ik eerst moest betalen. Eenmaal op de kamer bleek het zo slecht dat ik mijn geld terug eis. Ik heb er niet geslapen omdat het vies was, totaal niet overeen kwam met het geen u aanbied op de site. Er is geen airco en geen goed zwembad. Het is gewoon schandalig dat u dit hotel aanbied. Ik eis een tegemoedkoming is de kosten.

Gostei do conforto do hotel e da localização junto ao shopping centre canal walk e do park de diversões Ratanga Junction. Gostei ainda do atendimento personalizado do pessoal do hotel.

Não gostei da limpeza que é feita pelo pessoal do hotel como é óbvio e muitas das vezes não na excelência. Não gostei igualmente dos péssimos programas de televisão do pacote que o hotel tem. Tive de comprar filmes para destrair os meus filhos quando chégassemos ao hotel

The staff were pleasant and friendly and always helpful. The facilities were excellent. The the studio apartment which we rented was spacious and luxurious.

Ein Luxus Appartement wie man es sich wünscht ,verbunden mit jeglichem Komfort eines 5 Sterne Hotels.

Nothing positive to say about this hotel. Dirty floors, noisy fridge. Dismal for the price. I'm sure the hotel adjacent has much more to offer but would definitely not stay here again. Room occupied was 711.

I like all facility's in room, but I didn't like staff service.

Service it was very poor. We didn't get Internet access, which it was complimentary. We never get a key from the safe. Also we have to share one towel between myself and my partner. And every time when we rang to reception, we never get trough. I went downstairs and ask repeatedly and still did not get service.

Location. Easy to find excellent shopping. Movies. Food. Centrally located. Parking facility superb.

No in house gym/exercise room.

Nice property, modern unit, very clean and comfortable. While we only stayed for one night it was a nice break in between two weeks of 'roughing it'. Walking distance from all kinds of shopping and restaurants.

The location (in Century City) was a bit out of the way from the other sites that one would likely want to visit in Cape Town (minimum R180 taxi ride).

Slow at Reception but this could be due to relocation of Reception facilities.
