Accessibility to everything
Very noisy from adjoining room.... Had to many young visitors who never new the meaning of respect
helpful staff,lovely room,no issues
The friendly staff
the curtains were torn, the bed was not comfortable and the toilet didn't flush properly, there were open seams and joints between the basin and the bathtub.
I really enjoyed the view from my corner room and the friendly staff
Wifi should be free
Restaurant and the ambience
Some of your staff at the reception are not friendly
The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the way that arrangements were made to accommodate us as cyclists
We didn't like the room, cramped, old and in serious need of an upgrade
It was average
Ladies sandals taken from room
The inside door locker wasn't in good shape unsafe while I was sleeping beeing with inside lock broken. The wifi only work on first floor and not in the roos.
The location and the 1st floor lounge and pool area. The room had an excellent view and very spacious
The staff at the revolving restaurant were very rude and unprofessional to us. I'm surprised overseas tourists still go there if that's the way they treat customers
We stayed over for the Argus weekend. It is the perfect location and has everything that you need.
The staff, the help, the Argus breakfast goodies
Our room was noisy because of an extraction fan on the roof of the building next door, We would not stay in floor room 1 or 2 again
reception staff are fantastic and helpful, location ideal in that its away from the street noise but your neighbouring room will make up for the noise, great to be on the bus route
pathetic air con, no small plug points, poor sound insulation, smelly towels, out of focus tv, no tv remote, bedside lamps not working, no bathroom drinking glass, no wi-fi.....
Location, There was parking on site. Pool area is great. Entrance lobby looks good.
The bathrooms are terribly outdated, the bath/shower was to small i couldn't stand up straight in the shower - very claustrophobic bathrooms. The carpets aren't very clean in the rooms, had dirty marks.. There was a hole in the wall - they tried to cover it up with a low hanging mirror. The windows were filthy.. and wouldn't close properly - I could here the coming and goings of the 24 hour laundry that was next to the hotel - I did not sleep well due to the noise from them... In general, the hotel needs a major update. The only update they did was get new flat screen TV's for the rooms.
location is excellent
Location of hotel
Wi Fi didn't work
staff were friendly hotel well located affordable
needs new beds, detailed cleaning in passage and bathroom
I was at last floor with my daughter.
Firstly no staff and certainly not friendly. Being charged twice but stayed only a few hours.
Staff was the worst walked into room not once but a few times during the course of the morning made me wonder what they wanted.
only like the view of my room.
Why must pay R70 for 100MB for wifi? and 30mins free in the receptionist area, not professional and not private because I use facetime and Skype video calling as my mean of communication in Sign Language like the people speak over the phone use their ears, I use visual communication. so not fair at all. Also why must pay for parking where pay such a lot of money for the sleep over for two nights and not include breakfast. Sound this hotel demand money and not welcoming the guests. Poor food menu as not varies food options. The staff need more training on how to greet the guest not because im from cape town and don't need to be greet or welcome. Im in the business world and travel a lot, so need proper service and accessible. I was planning to get more people to book your hotel but now it not accessible for the deaf.
having cockroaches in the rooms, some rooms have fridges some dont have, single beds instead of double bed. when u order beer no ice, when u need to iron u have to go down stairs to do so. its a no
The room was dated and dirty, but wait it boasted a huge Smart TV. We booked the economy room, stunning add but didn't get the room we booked. It really felt 1 star, really disappointed.
Lifts worked properly.
1. Toilet flashing mechanism hard and had to wait at least 30mins before the next flash which made things difficult because I was with small kids. 2. Only one TV station clear. Please do something about hanging TV power and video cables: makes the place look cheap. 3. I don't know if it's their policy for not changing sheets in 3 days. 4. Please consider having a basin outside the bathroom. My son refused to drink water from inside that bathroom.
Room was ok
