The location of the hotel was ideal. We arranged an airport pick up from the airport though the hotel. This was not waiting for us when we arrived in Johannesburg, I had to call the hotel to see when the car would arrive. I found this very disspoiniting as we had arrived on a night flight from Cape Town.

Air con wasn't working and their driver was late picking us up from the airport...unimpressed!! My first room smelt like cigarettes despite it being a non-smoking room.

The hotel staff were very warm, receptive and hepful. I was even allowed to transfer to another hotel (Holiday Inn) at no charge. There was a protest action when I was there (creating a noisy environment, especially in the morning) but there were no disruptions to service provision. I was not impressed with the internet speed at the hotel. It needs to be improved.

Was very expensive at 1400ZAR/night The walls were paper thin and I could hear the guy in the other room coughing all night long. It was a very disappointing stay and I would not recommend it.

Comfortable bed. Limited response as I only stayed one night. Helpful staff with booking a trip. Staff had no knowledge of the historical site: Lilliesleaf Farm A used breakfast tray (not mine) remained on the passage floor outside the lift for the 24 hours of my stay (5th floor) - rather messy sight to have to walk past each time I entered and exited the lift.The bottled water in the room (557) was an unsealed bottle - unlikely that it was bottled water at all. The shower Head is crusted up making for an uneven stream of water.

The staff were very helpful and always ready to be of service. Attention to detail in the rooms was not good. The shower-head (although a Hans Grohe, it had been badly damaged) sprayed in every direction except straight. I arrived to the last guests takeaways in the room. The carpet was water-stained and dirty and the cupboard doors had to be yanked in order to open them.

The Rosebank Hotel has been beautifully renovated and its design-decoration is splendid. Double rooms are quite large, with a lot of pleasant details, and impeccably kept. the breakfast buffet is very appealing, the Circle Bar a must for a late evening drink (on Saturdays, party!). the shopping zone of Rosebank is just a few meters away. it was a pleasant stay.

wonderfully refurbished Rosebank Hotel is well situated near the Rosebank MAll and the new Gautrain-Station. Its design atmosphere is modern and original, the rooms are perfect, bathrooms large and semi-transparent (nice touch). good parking facilities

The room was very classy and the cleanliness was excellent.The circle bar and lobby is really beautiful,classy and spectacular No complimentaries for my wife`s birthday and our anniversary as stated in my booking message.eg: small botlle champagne or small box chocholates........something small....anything.Also very slow at check out point or maybe too busy

Buitenkant is niet zo spannend, maar de kamers en faciliteiten zijn gerenoveerd en uitstekend. Winkelcentra van Rosebank en Sandton zijn vlakbij. Ligt niet gunstig ten opzichte van het vliegveld, ca. 45 minuten met de taxi.

hotel moyen. trop souvent derange le matin tot; housekeeping, plombier... hotel pas trop insonorise j ai entendu du bruit tot le matinje ne suis pas tres satisfaite. le personnel est gentil heureusement. la salle de bains fuite dans la douche , pas pratique dans l ensemble pour le prix demande.
