Left my tablet at the hotel. They called and told me that it is safe .
Neat tidy room with a lovely ensuite an toilet everything was perfect
Insects in the room.
The room was very spacious and the attention to detail was superb!
The bed was having stained linen, bin in the bathroom was not empty it was full of other guests rubbish, tv remote control was not working only one channel was playing, bathroom was having cockroaches, the room was next to the reception and the noise was too much for to get some sleep.
Its near to the Mall.
Lack of complimentary wifi. None user friendly kitchen. Limited tv channels and slow reponse tv.
Comfort of the bed beautiful bathroom , location of the hotel.
The light recessed into headboard, staff unaware of breakfast arrangements, staff could not be bothered about partial electrical failure in my room.
Some staff were great and Dinner was good.
Staff friendly , always willing to help.
Excellent restaurant and food
The check-in process was a poor introduction to the hotel. The staff member on duty did not have an ounce of professionalism in him. To start off with, I had made a reservation for two days and had called ahead to let the hotel know I was on my way and would arrive after midnight. On my arrival, the staff member had no clue how long I would be there for and proceeded to “explain” that as I was arriving after midnight and would “checkout in the morning”, it would [insert confusion here]. When I told him I was confused he, in his slack way, worked his way towards telling me that “as I was here for one night, it meant [more confusion]. Of course, I protested and showed him the reservation on my phone. “Two nights”, I said”. “Oh, THEY (not we, as a hotel) have put in one night here”. I pleaded unwelcome stress, seeing as it was after midnight and everything. I was tired. “Oh, you are stressing me too”, was his response. Shock of all shocks! “The check-in process needs to be smooth, sir”, I said. “You might want blame your colleagues for mishaps, but as far as I know I am dealing with three cities.” Perhaps, I would have been kinder if he had been more empathetic. On and on we went, until I asked that we “move on”. Then, he gives me my key card. No concierge offer or anything remotely resembling that. “Where is the room?”, I had to ask. He pointed down the corridor. “Room 8 is that way.” Seeing as he had nothing else to do at that time (it was quite), stepping out from behind the counter would not have hurt. The room was just behind him and he could have easily pointed it out. Anyway, off I go to the room. Push the card in, I did. Well, I tried. It just would not go in. I peep into the slot. Huge piece of metal in there. Lock broken. So, that meant I had to pick up my bag and go back to the front desk. “Your door is broken”. “Really, is it broken?” “Yes…” He goes back with me. Fiddles, God knows why. “Do you have another room?
The location is great
bad parking area, poor service at the restaurant, during breakfast .
a website that does not tell you we are fully booking when your manager confirms you have 3 rooms available
Internet 100mb per day free. Most hotels are now free wifi.
The room rate has jumped considerably, for the same price I could stay at any other hotel and get free Wifi and complimentary still water and free breakfast. But the pros outweighs the cons as you can gym and go to the sauna afterwards, not many hotels offer that type of convenience .
Suana, Steam Room Gym all great facilities to have, pool area is awesome! Really enjoy the staff, always helpful & friendly, Chef pays attention to customers and often checks up on meals asking feedback, makes the dining experience worth it.

Frustrating that the Malva pudding was off the menu for my entire stay. SA broadband speeds are very slow.
Nice welcome at reception and very good table service in the restaurant. Well made margaritas. Nicely designed and very comfortable rooms. My massage in the dos was very good.
