What a beautiful setting, the room was stunning with the most amazing views. Special attention were paid to preparing the room with leaves beautifully arranged on the towels and absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly and professional. Thanks so much for a lovely stay. Will always stay there in future and recommend to all my family and friends. The restaurant was lovely with amazing food!

Very comfortable. Staff helpful, friendly. Food excellent. Spa services professional I especially booked this hotel to be near to the Airport. The hotel was about 40 minutes drive away. The Airport it was close too was closed several years ago. Extra cost of over 300 rand fare to get to the Airport we were to use !!!¬ Are we to be compensated for this ???

the room was neat and comfortable The advert is misleading, the hotel is far from the beach, and on a hill on a one-way street. The buffet breakfast had to be ordered off the menu, the room was cleaned at 16:00, and it was not value-for -money. we paid R1700 per night. Definitely not a 5 star hotel!

I enjoyed the reception and first day of the stay. The hotel was really thought out well. We tried to use the airconditioner and that did not work, when we reported it no one came to attend to the problem. The standard of presentation and cleanliness was not kept throughout the visit and the room was not made up or serviced on the second day.

Everything was perfect! I would suggest a service be provided to guests with regards to luggage as The View has a lot of steps making mobility with luggage difficult

We thought that the quality, price and ambiance of the Georgios restaurant was outstanding. The room was very comfortable and the view was great. We thought that the service was not up to scratch for the price and puported 5 stars. The attention to detail eg. No adapters in the rooms, room service plates not promptly collected,1 gown for 2 guests, no detail of services provided in the room - an overall sense of laxity in organisation of services.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable The restaurant was excellent Spa facilities were completely booked Spa baths in the rooms could not be used as insufficient hot water is available Limited complimentaries Location was very far from the beach To many stairs (40) to get to reception Insufficient parking
