Staff excellent, very friendly and helpful. Secure location, rooms of a high quality. Was fantastic in winter with some pretty awful weather. Must be amazing in summer with the roof terrace etc... all firing. Shower heads. Tiny point but majority of the water was exiting at the side or onto the roof intstead of downwards. |

Lovely boutique hotel - great value for money. Staff were very attentive and the location is great for both the centre and the V&A Waterfront. Stayed during rainy season though so difficult to dry out room as heating is not the norm in SA. |

Very contemporary feel to the hotel and good level of accomodation for a short stay. Excellent breakfast. Small hotel but perfect for what I wanted. Room a little small for a longer stay. Straight out of room onto small courtyard meant it could have been noisy (but wasn't) but did mean you stepped straight into the rain (it was winter) for short trip to dining room. |

I liked the comfort of the bed and the bedding and pillows were superb for my hubby that had just travelled on a long international trip and was extremely tired. |

As a female pensioner travelling on my own I felt very comfortable in this hotel. The proprietors and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a lovely view of Table Mountain and the breakfasts were great. The hotel is well situated with a short taxi ride to most of the attractions in Cape Town. Cigarette smoke often spoilt the enjoyment of having a relaxing drink in the very small bar so it would be nice if smoking wasn't allowed. |

Easy walking distance to V & A Waterfront. Breakfasts excellent. Staff extremely obliging and helpful building work next door for 2010 football world cup but no disturbance in evenings and should be finished soon |

Friendly staff, good value, attractive design, beautiful rooftop deck, excellent location Economy rooms are very small (as expected) with awkward arrangement and size of furniture. However, it's a very comfortable place to sleep if you don't need to spend a lot of time in your room. |

The breakfast was good Impossible to get any sleep constant disturbanced from staff and guests shouting from top storey down to people downstairs and inconciderate people, from being downgraded from a luxury room for the sake of a twin bed we landed up in a double bed any way, impossible to shower, extremely impossible to set water temperature, the plug in the basin did not work so water had to run constantly in order... |

Great location for Gay bars and restuarants. Having made a booking for a twin bedded room, then confirming by email, we were still given a double. The hotel is style over substance, needs some loving care, the roof top pool area could be wonderful. |
