All the staff took the time and had the patience to take care all your needs however small ,eg upon request without questioning we had a dvd player installed within 8 mins. Our breadfast order was placed the previous evening and no time was stipulated for our breakfast in our room.the next morning @ 9am the kitchen staff phoned me to apologise for calling so early and also to set a time service excellence or what We could even order oysters for dinner even though it was only on the breadfast menu |

Excellent and friendly staff. One of the most beautiful locations in South Africa but somewhat weather dependent. Nothing but we suspect that in season it might be regarded as pretty expensive. Breakfast is normally r170 per head even if you just have a piece of toast and a cup of coffee. That needs to be sorted out. |

The absolute comfort & luxurious surroundings positioned in a beautiful part of the Western Cape.. I would like to have better access to the treatments offered at the spa, as well as availability, since we could not book for a treatment when we arrived due to the spa being overbooked. I think visitors staying @ the hotel should be offered preference to book a treatment once they have booked accommodation. |

The luxury of the hotel as a whole, the friendly and helpful staff the fact that you can decide for you bed to be changed-and the staff that is there during the afternoon for touch-up. The spa- jacuzi that we could enjoyed freely. The breakfast that was served - the fact that you must order your hot breakfast - there was always a bottle neck and you had to wait for your meal while your partner had a omelette that was ready immediately. The staff was not to friendly there and I think they get frustrated with the amount of orders that piles up. |

Location on the beautiful lagoon as well as the spacious room. To enter the swimming pool you had to go to the other side where the bar is located as there is the only stairs into the water. Very unpractical. Moreover it should be recommended to put a stairs on the other side of the swimming pool, where all the sunbeds are situated. |

Friendly staff, location close to home, good servise, easy to relax and enjoy, close to other small towns for shopping etc The rate for the one day was R 2400.00 and for the next day was R 1400.00....I feel the rates should be in line with each other, either one or the other. |

Overall a really fantastic stay. Loved it (except for the room service) When we arrived they did not have our reservation on their system, however it was rectified efficiently. We ordered room service and the food was shocking - not what one would expect from a 5 star establishment. |
