Good Breakfast. Staff did their best to accommodate our needs Didn't get the rooms that I booked for. We had to change three times and a call to management before the right rooms were given to us. |

Located in a pretty safe area of Johannesburg. Many luxury hotels nearby. Rooms are very clean with all amenities needed. Staff was willing to prepare a breakfast box for me for a very early morning excursion. Breakfast had many choices and staff was very polite and helpful. |

Very nice internal garden with pool, lavish breacfast and two-room double appartament . This hotel is located in walking distance of 1 km about from Sandton business and shopping area. It was surprise for me because in booking.com site the wrong place on the map was indicated with wrong distance of 3.6 km to Conventional Center. Because of it I have booked this hotel only for the first night and was very sorry that I did not stay there during all days of my conference in Sandton Conventional Center but removed to other hotel that was more expensive, less comfortable and with longer real path to Sandton Center. Dear booking.com team, correct, please, your mistake on the map! |

Room was quiet and I felt safe in the hotel premises. Maintanace gentleman was most helpful. I came back from meetings around 14h00 and discovered that there were no towels in my room. I had to request a hair drier and at first they told me there were no hair driers. Maintanance man then came and brought one - he was most helpful and friendly. |

Convienent to local shops and also in safe local area. Housekeeping knocking on door 07:30 hrs in morining and no 'Do not disturb' placards !! |

The staff is very friendly (except the guy at the breakfast - the unfriendliest person I've ever seen working in a hotel!) The hotel is close to Nelson Mandela Square and Sandton City Mall, a 10 minutes walk in the day or 50 R taxi drive at night. The place is quite old. It has been refurbished, but not very nicely. For whatsoever reason the bar and restaurant is closed, still the service leaflet in your room tells you about the opening hours! Outside breakfast hours you can't buy anything to drink in the hotel - but you can see the management and the chef sitting outside in the sun drinking red wine on Sunday at noon. The rooms are ok, cleanliness is average. |
