Great accomodation with an excellent breakfast for a very reasonable price.

The location is excellent (great views of Table Mountain!) and the facilities are very nice, staff plus owner Eddie are really friendly and the rooms nicely decorated and comfortable. The yard and pool area are very pleasant and relaxing.

The room did not have aircon and it got really warm during the night, despite the fan and the window open. The fridge in the room was rather loud.

The staff and owners were very friendly and accomodating, Eddie got up at 5am to remind us about our shark dive booked for that day! Very clean, very comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Super central but in a great neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaraunts away from the tourist traps of V&A waterfront.

Had a bit of trouble getting the aircon machine to cool down our room - it was 30c+ though!

Dominique is an excellent host. Each member of the staff is verry friendly and helpful. Excellent location to go anywhere in Cape Town

The room we were in had no air con thus it was necessary to open the windows which were facing the pool area and the entrance. However due to lack of privacy this meant we could not open the toilet-en suite window or bedroom when we were in the room

This guesthouse has recently been redecorated/refurbished. The owners have done a great job. Tamboerskloof is a nice and safe area with nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. Not in the city centre but close to a city sightseeing hop on, hop off bus stop (hotel Mount Nelson).

This guesthouse is ran by the staff (hard-working black people). The owners outshined in non-attendance. We only saw them at breakfast time. They are new in business and to us it seemed as if the guesthouse was not their major concern. We asked them to book a restaurant for us our last evening in Cape Town but they didn’t manage to book a table. We admit, it was a busy period of the year. What a pity we were only warned 10 min. Before the taxi was supposed to pick us up. No taxi, no table. However we didn’t let it spoil the evening. A member of staff found us a taxi 45 min later and I made a phone call myself to some restaurants. A hint: never abandon your guests. You find them a table even when you have to call 20 restaurants. We are tour leaders and are familiar with pleasing ‘guests’.

Beautiful setting, great location, incredibly good breakfast included. The owners and staff were wonderful. WE stayed in a garden cottage with our 2 fairly well behaved girls but I would not suggest it for kids it is really a place for adults to unwind...though they made us feel very welcome. It caters more to elegant relaxation. I highly recommend the Trevoyan we will be back.

Trevoyan is an exceptional bargain. Accomodations are beautiful, with plush linens and delightful decor. The generous breakfast service is delightful. I felt very lucky to find Trevoyan online, and recommend it without reserve.

There was nothing to dislike. The management puts a finishing touch to every detail.

The guest house was handy for Table Mountain, Signal Hill and travelling to Camps Bay without having to go through the City.

Lovely place and the staff so warm and freindly...brekky was very good indeed! Really handy for Long Street and close to the Waterfront etc.

Warm welcome, attentive hosts, friendly staff, secure location, pool and decking looked great (not used) and stunning view from roof terrace.

The owners Urs and Christophe were superb. They were helpful,informative and overall great hosts. Our room was well furnished spacious and well equipped. It was a very easy and very comfortable stay.

It is a lovely place, right in the centre of activities in Cape Town and yet quiet and safe! The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. It always is a pleasure to return here. Apart from the fact that the house is really cosy and comfortable, there is a wonderful pool in the garden. Can we say 11/10 as a score? Great!

Superbe guest house très bien située, à la fois proche du centre ville du Cap (15 mn à pieds) et dans un quartier très calme. Beau jardin avec piscine chauffée, décoration très soignée, vue à couper le souffle sur Table Mountain. Personnel discret et attentionné.

Les propriétaires n'habitent pas sur place, donc même s'ils passent régulièrement le matin et paraissent sympathiques le contact avec eux est minimal. Le buffet du petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus varié.

Ein Budget-DZ ist klein und liegt direkt neben dem Eisentor. Nach anfänglicher Skepsis stellten wir fest, dass wir uns kaum gestört fühlten. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Also auch empfehlenswert!

Dunkles Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und hellhörig,hatten direkt das Zimmer neben den frühstücksraum,frühstücksraum war für die Anzahl der Gäste zu klein,für das Geld gibt es bessere Unterkünfte

Varmt vällkomande. Bra och lugnt läge. Mycket prisvärd. Tack Dominique och Eddie, vi hade en fantastik vecka.

Sehr schöne, neue Einrichtung im Vintage-/Kolonialstil. Zimmer sauber, Parkettboden. Frühstück war auch gut und die Lage ist als Ausgangspunkt für die ganze Stadt geeignet.

Keine A/C im Zimmer. Wir schlafen zwar eh lieber mit offenem Fenster, aber unsee Zimmer lag so, dass die Luft nicht richtig durchgezogen hat und das Fenster auf den Eingangs-/Poolbereich ging, und somit bei offenem Fenster eine Einschränkung der Privatsphäre bestand.

Sehr nettes Personal und reichhaltiges Frühstück mit gutem Kaffee. WiFi-Zugang gratis und brauchbar. Optimale Lage für Shopping und Nachtessen (Kloofstr.) nur eine Strasse entfernt. Haus modern und gutem Geschmack eingerichtet.

Es fehlte ein Ventilator im Schlafzimmer. Zum Glück waren die Abende aber kühl genug.

Buitengewoon smaakvol ingericht; ruime kamer en badkamer; bijzonder attent en vriendelijk personeel, behulpzaam en zorgzaam. Ligging 1/2 uur van vliegveld, 15 min van Waterfront (centrum) en ook van Tafelberg.

Kamer was wel vrij warm. Op de badkamer misten haakjes om kleren of handdoek op te hangen (niet echt belangrijk detail)
