We loved the size of the room that was allocated to us - huge! The refrigerator in the room was a plus point (to keep our drinks cool). We enjoyed the cuisine and the outdoors eating venue - lovely! The staff we encountered was very courteous and helpful. The lodge is very clean and neat and tidy - we would recommend the venue to freinds/family visiting Mpumulanga! Thank-you! Nothing! We'll be back when the occasion arises.

I like the nature around The information service about safaris in the hotel just have one contact (not good and expensive). I think these people receive comissions for that, finally we found a safari service for the half price of the hotel recomendation in the first day.

Good location, good breakfast and quite comfortable. Very tranquil with pleasant staff. Shower door would not close. The Hotel needs some tlc and is never 4 star in our opinion. Patio was very dirty with unconfortable seats.

Rooms are not clean enough and was full of bugs. We actually shortened the stay because we were not satisfied. Pictures of the hotel are definitely overrated.

Hi, Some of the rooms are very good especially room 3 and 11. All the rooms to be upgrated like romm 3. The hotel staff is very caring and helpful. Very near to Kruger Park. Overall it was good experience. Regards Shivanand

We attended a wedding there and the food were great. Our second room was very nice. Our first room did not smell very well and we requested another room. Our second room was room 19 and was on the side of the dam. The water smelled sometime and looked dirty. The water must be filtered.

Ivm onze honeymoon hadden we bruidsuite. Bij aankomst kamer was alles versiert met rozenblaadjes. Als kado een flesje bubbels. Deze suite is enorm groot (te groot!) maar wel bijzonder. Het complex heeft een enorme tuin en een meertje waar je wat dieren kunt spotten. Het restaurant is best goed. Ook leuk: bij aankomst krijg je een drankje en je auto word gewassen. Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Kruger Park. Je kunt zien dat het hotel maar vooral de kamer iets wat gedateerd is. Maar dat heeft ons verblijf niet nadeling beinvloed. Bij vertrek werkte de creditcardmachine niet van de receptie. Na 4 keer proberen (is niet echt prettig) moest ik het toch cash voldoen.

I think the logde is not a 4 star, the room that i stayed was very-very poor, had to call 12 at knight to ask the poeple next door to put there tv off. The food is also not up to standard. the smell in the room was very bad. I know the area very well and for wat there is availible i will not stay there again

The Lodge was well maintained and secure.The staff were all very helpful and pleasant.The standard of accommodation was good.We felt very welcome.They also cleaned the car every day without being requested.I have no complaints.
