-Parking was clearly marked and in the basement of the building, very secure and free -In general the hotel is very secure needing your room card to access elevators and so on -The room was neat and clean all mod cons -Great big flat screen TV -Awesome comfortable extra length bed -Neat and modern bathroom -Ordered drinks from the bar area and requested ice and so on and the staff were great -Had a modern alarm/fm radio/mp3 player in room which was cool, could pop my iPod -Ample plug points -Decent hairdryer with a 600 and 1200 watt setting -Will be staying here again

Breakfast rocks all the time!!!

The small yogurts at breakfast the expiry date way to soon. Reception gives attitude,they speak to us like they doing us a favour. There is always hair in the bathroom. The mugs provided in your room are semi clean. No discounts for regulars. They never ask do you want a mountain or sea view. Most of the times I have been there I had to call for something, a bin, tv/air con wasn't working.

This was an interesting checkout - while they booked me in, they had no record of my stay and said my booking was cancelled. Took 30 minutes to checkout.

Location not brilliant and it was only luck that I got a mountain view and not a view over the industrial park

Towels were replaces on the rail, still wet after housekeeping not always a mat for the shower, one day there is, the next there isn't

I liked the breakfast, the design of the building, contemporary. Nevan (or I think that was his name) was the most helpful of staff and really has the passion to serve.

Service was generally poor- overheard staff on numerous occasions gossiping and complaining about guests/colleagues. On one occasion stood around at the breakfast area with no-one acknowledging us or showng us to a table. No glasses were available at the juice station. The dining area is hopelessly to small, especially for breakfast.

Everything. From the time we checked until we left we were impressed with the courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort of our room, and the food in the restaurant. The overall hotel premises are well maintained, and we would definitely recommend it. When Hilton take over in April 2013, we hope that they will continue to keep up the high standards of the present management.

Furnishings and design of room. Not fully stocked on arrival, had to request basics (soap, shampoo, clock. Location was near a lot of outlets but not a walkable neighborhood, especially at night.

Location not the greatest from a security side but adequate hotel security and overall hotel price ,location convenience and facilities are definitely enough to lure me back.

The bathroom, soap dispensers. I preferred a sealed product rather than a re-usable one.

The hotel is well laid out, has comfortable and stylish rooms (with a fantastic power shower) and a great bar/restaurant. The location isn't ideal for tourists but the V&A waterfront and long street are only a short/cheap taxi-ride away/ Excellent value for money.

Staff could be a little better trained, but were very friendly and trying their best! No concierge service, had to carry my own bags from porte cochere to reception. No mini-bar
