the music there utside the noise of those lounges I dnt rememder what time did I get asleep not that im complaining maybe was not drunk enough that's why I could stil here the noise
In many ways this is the perfect hotel: a real wow factor seeingTable Mountain from the bedroom window; excellent service from all staff; brilliant choice of breakfasts; good wi-fi; nice spacious bathroom and bedroom; a safe; and being in the heart of town.
Unfortunately, particularly from Thursdays to Sundays, the noise from the nearby clubs requires ear plugs if you're not actually partying yourself, and want to sleep. Don't mind the music - it's just the drunken revellers shouting in the street till 5 or 6am
Price Facilities modern
Room, especially bathroom, not clean. Needs to be sparkling and not stained. Shower must have clean grout and not "packed" with moss. Modern infrastructure that is not clean enough.
Staff needs a lot of training how to treat guest even you can take your staff to Mount Nelson Hotel in order them to see how they must treat guest and your matrass beds are hard not soft makes the body sore and the food on breakfast are not fresh we experience that while we got rotten cheese & mash brown we told one of your staff.
the hotel is neat and tidy and quite modern. close to tons of nightlife and restaurants. Very trendy area
The rooms are not sound-proofed so you get the full effect of the clubs right through the night until 5am in the morning. Not very restful
The room was comfortable & very nice
Too much noise from outside. Wrong street for a hotel.
The Wifi is poor...
Its location in busy road where u get lots of entertaiment
rooms were not cleaned propery i found dirty towels floor cerpet dirty its shows that they dont use the vacum cleaner even bath was diry on our arrival. When come for breackfast i were served with glass with finger print outside when i speak to the lady she said its her finger print she was carrying a oil stuff in her hands.there was no soap bath form and the tissue on our last night we ask at de reception to assist they only gave us a soup only
- good location - nice rooms - fair prices
- there is a discotheque in front of the hotel, which is extremely loud (every night), so you won't sleep too much!
nulla da dire
Kleen room and good breakfast.
Too noisy in room, unable to sleep.
I asked for clubs nearby and got a list from reception which i appreciated.thank you
I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned and it wasn't dine for two days of my stay
inhouse-bar staff (bar and reception) nice room (open bathroom) awesome location in the city
no soap for cleaning hands in bathroom just 6-7 tv- channels
Great breakfast included!!
LOVED being in the heart of the nightlife. Attentiveness of staff to make stay as comfortable as possible. The LUXURY of the room.
That I couldn't stay longer, but you will see us again.
Central Location Upkeep
Staff were rude and not helpful Pillows were uncomfortable Noisy location at night
Great location in the middle if Longstreet. The centre of the centre. We walked to everywhere. They also serve a great alla carte breakfast which will make you want to skip lunch.
Very VERY noisy because of the bar open til 4am opposite the hotel. In addition to that you must know that Longstreet is a very lively and therefore noisy street in and of itself. It felt like the hotel was slightly 'stingy' in the giving of its toiletries: i had to repeatedly ask for more. I also had to ask for a blanket or something warmer in the line of bedding twice, there are no tissues and the mini-bar is stocked only on request. Our overall impression was that if ungenerousness. You do, however, get what you NEED. Charging your phone proved tricky as there arent any plugs near/around the bed and internet reception wasnt great. We did stay 3 nights and our trip was great. Just remember your earplugs and do ask for whatever it is you still need.
Hospitable, great parking, awesome room.
Some parts of the room were dusty. We couldnt get in our room for 2 hours because the roomkey stopped working.
there service was good , and fast , it is a really nice place to stay @ , i would recommend people to go stay there when they are on holiday
well what they can do is add more tv channels , like sabc 1 , mzansi channel , and exclude some sports channels and 1 or two movie channels , those channels that are there are boring and not entertaining enough .
Great nice room
Aircon/heating was not so effective
location,parking facilities,good breakfast
housekeeping poor,mould in shower
As the hotel is located in long street, it is close to where the buzzing night life of cape Town is.
Breakfast could have a larger choice
We loved the neat, clean rooms, friendly staff and divine breakfast. This made our stay memorable.
We didn't like the noise from the 'neighbours'. They partied till 3am. We were cold (May) and the aircon could not create a warmer atmosphere.
View from room 602 was amazing. Room was very spacious and the extra large bed was great compared to others recently slept in.
Room begining to look tatty. One Curtain was hanging off the rail and was soiled. The cord for the window blinds was dirty and tangled. Check in took a long time and they had not received payment confirmation from booking.com so I had to produce my credit card etc. We got to the room and had a shower before realising there were no towels!!
No soap in room on arrival Hair dryer didn't work TV cabniet door falling off Shower floor tiles dirty
