This facility was close (.5 km or so easy walk) from the V&A Waterfront. It was very quiet, clean (as it is a typical extended stay facility). The Desk staff were generally helpfull and were able to sort out transportation for us whenever we needed it. The shopping market/retaurant in the ICON shopping area was great for breakfast. The 2 bedroom apartment had only 1 airconditioner (in the main room) so it took a good while to cool the other two bedrooms down (although it was not hot outside when we were there). We couldn't get the Cable box with this TV Set to show more than 3 channels.

It was close to venues we wanted to go to & good for venturing out if the city. Its accesible. Secure. On arrvial we were given a dirty room but we asked for it to be changed. On the last/check out day we were rushed & threatend with extra charge.

The staff were very helpful. The basement parking was fantastic as we barely drove anywhere, could walk where we needed to go during the day. Decor in the unit was attractive, upmarket and comfortable, but we didn't really spend much time there at all. Tripadvisor had many comments re Karaoke Bar keeping guests awake at night, we didn't have any such problem. Slept like a baby. Block out on curtains was great. The carpet in the one bedroom had huge dirty marks on it, it made the whole place look dirty and unhygienic, it actually had such an affect it would make me think twice before booking again. The duvets & covers were also flat and old, almost worn out. Not very appealing, but they were clean. Bathroom was stunning. We only checked in on Saturday, and the vida Cafe and Food Lovers Markets were closed the entire time we were there. I realise that its in the cbd and they cater to the working crowd. Fortunately we were going to the cticc, so it didn't really matter that much.

Apartments have a modern design, are clean and functional; the building inside looks a little bit like a "prison", the pool is small, but you can refresh yourself; a supermarket and cafes are in the same building; the tourist area "waterfront" is just a 20 minutes walk from the building with security guards on its way My credit card was charged twice, but the manager arranged the problem after consulting the bank

Booked and paid on 2011-Oct-20th last year for a Luxury Two-Bedroom Apartment for 3 days from 2012-Jan-5th to 8th. But suprisely only on my arrival at the hotel on the 5th Jan 2012. I was told by the hotel that they no longer have the Luxury two bedroom apartment. The only option is for me to take two Standard One-Bedroom to fit in my family (room 704 and 705). I arrived after 10pm so there is no other choice but to take the offer.I am very disappointed with the poor service of failing to inform me over two months before my check in date. Very bad hotel, will not consider again!

Jessica at Reception was awesome! Friendly and ever so helpful with all sorts of queries. It would be nice if the rooms had an iron...during our whole stay it was a mission getting one. Otherwise everything else was awesome.

A terrible hotel. Bleak bleak bleak. When I caught the lift up to my room I thought I was in a prison block. It was a grey concrete monsrosity. With zero atmosphere unless u like prisons or enjoyed a stay in the old soviet union. A small b and b is where I will stay next. Simon kirk south africa

Location is great. Views are special. Convenient Vida Cafe and Fruit lovers market in the same building. Dstv was not working. Aircon not working when we arrived but was fixed the next day. Rooms are exposed to that ridiculous karaoke bar that is up the road from the hotel. Why don't you lodge a formal complaint to get them sorted out?
