The owners are very friendly and eager to please their guests. The staff are always helpful as well. Breakfast is a full English breakfast with lighter fare is desired. The rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. The B&B is 2km from PLZ, Port Elizabeth airport, so very convenient for early morning flights. This was my 3rd visit, yet they still don't know me. I couldn't get the TV to work but I don't watch much so it didn't really matter... it was probably my jet lag.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The manager phoned to find out what time we'd be checking in, and if there was anything special we'd like in the minibar. My wife wasn't feeling well, and he arranged a special vegetarian meal for us.The room was great, the service excellent and the food was delicious. No dislikes.

The welcome I received, the clean and simple room, breakfast service the outside light at the entrance to the room, the very grainy television picture and the noise from taking off and landing aircraft.

We booked the Victoria and Alfred Guest House randomly because it was close to Port Elisabeth Airport. We just wanted a pad for the night but it exceed expectations with a very comfortable room and en suite facilities, helpful staff and a splendid breakfast. The shops, waterfront, restaurants and a welcoming golf course were a short drive away.

very nice old House with pool, BBQ area under trees and the location is reasonable, about 5 km from the beach. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean. Great!

The staff were sooo friendly. I lost my keys and they all bent over backwards to accommodate me by staying open later than planned and doing everything to find the key - which they did! (haha - left it in the rental car!) I highly recomend the A&E. Wonderful, friendly service!

The area, close to airport. Great shuttle service, great breakfast, friendly and prompt service and staff. I may have left my tennis shoes there. I'll call them shortly to find out and run back over to get them if I did.

The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful Getting up too early for breakfast. Its a bit spartan, isnt it, having a 9am deadline for breakfast?. Most people, when they are travelling and relaxing prefer to have a slighly later deadline, say 10am

Kind staff members. Facilities available. Cleanliness of rooms. Quietness. Full of Ventilation in the rooms and Fresh air in the surrounding. Rich breakfast. Swimming pool and security. The Television channels were very few. I struggled to view channels which broadcast news throughout.

Professionalism of the front line staff and Management, over and above checking on us time and again if everything is fine. It is very quiet and relaxing, Friendliness and professionalism of staff, breakfast was devine and its location that is closer to the kings beach and shopping complex
