Villa Tuscana Boutique Hotel & Conference Venue  

Lovely design inside and tasetfully decorated. Friendly staff.

The inconvenience of having to call reception everytime if you need a dstv channel. We were in a room on the side of the hotel and their were constant noise eminating from the back, not sure if it was cleaning staff or surrounding neighbours, but early in the morning and late at night. The parking in front inside can be reserved for the person living on the side in that apartment, as I was woken up at 6.15 one morning to move my vehicle as another guest who blatently parked in such a manner where no other vehicle could park next to I was told to park behind him as he was not to park there, yet I was disturbed.

Good location only 2mins to beachfront by car, super friendly and helpful staff, our executive room was very spacious with a big balcony and a great view, room and bathroom very clean

It was a clean, comfortable, spacious and well decorated room. We enjoyed our stay for one night of our honeymoon. It was our start off point of the garden route. We also felt very safe, it is in a beautiful neighborhood and the walk to the beach and boardwalk area felt very safe as well.

Although we did choose this establishment for it's proximity to the airport, we did find the walk to the beach to be a little long. If we were to stay in Port Elizabeth again, we would prefer to stay closer to the ocean. Also, we were to have a garden view room but when we arrived, we were not given a garden view. otherwise we had a great stay.

Conveniece to beachfront facilities, cleanliness and nothing too much trouble for hotel staff.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding nothing was too much for them. We only had continental breakfast at the hotel but the cooked food we saw looked very appetising. The 'boutique' description of the hotel fitted it entirely, although the standard room was rather sparcely furnished the other rooms we looked at were very tasteful and elegant. The owners have certainly gone a long way to re- creating the Tuscan villa atmosphere they are aiming for. This hotel is certainly a hidden gem and deserves a much higher rate of occupancy.

I felt that the garden and pool area could do with a little more care and attention to complement the elegance of the interior of the building. The hotel is just that little bit too far from the waterfront to be a convenient walk if one doesnt wish to drive, although it is quite close to the Boardwalk and Casino.

We only stayed a night but the staff were friendly and overall the Villa is beautiful.

Our television did not work and not having a minibar or coffee fascilities in the room was a little inconvenient. There is 24 hour room service but you dont always want to bother the staff at 12:30 for a cup of tea.

wir waren für 2 tage da unsere zimmer hatten balkon den wir abends gerne nutzten das bad, wc, hatte kein tür,das hat uns nicht gefallen,es müsste mal wieder renoviert werden irgendwie hatten wir den eindruck das hier der chef fehlt ansonsten frühstück war gut, die villa schön eingerichtet dem namen entsprechend

Super mooie kamers. Geweldig personeel. Dit is echt een aanrader.
