Friendly staff. Clean,spacious and neat facilities.

When I arrived with wet clothes and extra kids that needed to get their stuff dry, Miriam and Marietjie was very helpful, I really appreciated that. We were in a fix and they were prepared to help.

A Suite for the normal room rate is always welcome, especially considdering most other establishments claimed to be fully booked. The guest house is truly beautiful if somewhat lacking in secure parking. I enjoyed the jacusi bath and private balcony!

The staff were great. Coffee/tea no matter what the time- delivered to your room. If you wamted plain yoghurt they were prepared to get for you. Most comfortable bed- even checked the mattress for a makers tag. Very central and close to baechfront for walks and restaurants. Great stay

Pity about the building going on across the road. But it only impacted thsoe who wanted to sleep late!!!

Thandile was eargerly waiting for me and welcomed me with a great smile. The room was nicely furnished and clean.

Room was outside and being a lady with a teenage daughter I was uncomfortable and insecure. The mattress of the bed needs to be changed, it was not so comfortable or firm.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was modern and well layout.

The parking inside is rather cramped but it is understandable due to the space restictions.

It's a good idee to always make beds with flat sheets. Also inform guest on arrival that ficilities like hairdryers needs to be collected from reception.

The friendliness of the night shift manager (Ashley) who went out of his way to accomodate us. Decor excellent and set up.. a truly boutique guest house. Breakfast was excellent.. would definitely go back..

A beautiful place, fealt like royalty, very friendly staff, very clean and very good service!

Breakfast was a bit of a let down but was completely overshadowed by the rest of the other good things.

As we arrived in the late evening, it is good that it is not far from airport. The staffs are friendly; the place is quiet and we felt safe.

The rooms were superby and starning.

Villa Tuscana was clean, staff were always available and helpfull. It is in a peaceful area, but is still close to all facilities.

The staff is friendly and always helpful. I would comeback any time, most certainly, I would refer loved ones to Villa Tascana. They had the best value for money when I placed my booking.

15 minutes walk from the beach front. Excellent value for money. Not a big 'corporate' hotel so everything feels more personal from the friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable stay and would stay there again as it adequately fitted my needs.

Very appealing facility, rooms upmarket and comfortable, well located

On both nights of our stay there were outside functions at the hotel which resulted in disturbance and inconvience. We would've preferred for the room to have a number of tv channels avaialble instead of asking reception to change to the preferred channel. Also, the room did not have a coffee bar and fridge - everthing had to be ordered through reception. We chose Villa Tuscana to have a special and exclusive experience, but frankly speaking a normal hotel (I.E. City Lodge) would have offered more convenience and ultimately better value.
