Now here's a home away from home. I will absolutely recommend it. Great value for money. Very friendly and accommodating staff and most of all I love the space in the rooms and around the establishment.

Rooms were not clean; saftey is an issue; need security bars on the windows; need to update website as the website gives a false indication of the facilities offered.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was comfortable and clean. The location is difficult - it is a long way from Sandton Station and there is no public transport available.

The staff was friendly and accommodated our requests - even going to look for a travel adapter when we wanted one. One morning we were late for breakfast and the receptionist called to see if we'd be coming in - that was a special touch and lovely. It's also good value for money, the rooms were much better than we expected and the garden's well maintained unlike some reviewers had mentioned. It's also in a very nice area and close to all the major Malls and Nelson Mandela Square in Sandton. You have to have a car to make the most of your stay because its in the suburbs and a taxi is expensive. We used the guest house taxi and it cost us around r100 to areas around Hyde Park and Sandton. It is a bit dated as well but the rooms are comfortable and enjoyable.

The location is very central and close to most locations around Sandton. I believe the potential is huge, but the general run down state of the Guest House is disappointing. To have someone pick up papers and keep the garden in a decent condition should not be a huge task. Our one towel was not clean on arrival and the change of towels the 2nd day produced towels that were tattered. Upon arrival there was no spare blanket in the cupboard and the member of staff confirmed to arrange one to be delivered, which did not happen. The covering of the parking is in a very poor condition. If I would be asked if we would recommend Villa Vittoria or stay there again, the answer would unfortunately be no.

Villa Vittoira,s proximity to Shops and Sandton City was a great advantage. Access to the Highway both the N1 and M1 was so easy it made travelling in either direction a pleasure

Hard to say what we liked, much easier to point out what we did not like: the Service was horrable. Not interested helping us E.G. with an already paid not working wlan access. Unfriendly and exhausting. Don't go there. The Service was horrable. Not interested helping us E.G. with an already paid not working wlan access. Unfriendly and exhausting. Don't go there.

It has a lovely atmosphere and the staff was very friendly. We were in room no7 and the wooden toilet seat was so old that the paint was peeling off and I could see the wood. There were no bathroom ropes, the shower did not have a soap holder, towels were never replaced and there was no extra blanket (the area is freezing cold in the early hours).

We were woken rudely at 720am to give us fresh towels as the previous day the towels had not dried. However when we tried to contact what is suppose to be a 24hr reception the night before for towels there was no reply. The breakfast was terrible and you couldn't even have a decent cup of coffee as it tasted like mud.

I liked the fact that it was not far from town. I didn't like the attitude of the staff and their service. I had to wait on the gate for too long for them to open, everyday.
