The people who help you makes it of brakes it and when the water is cold when you looking for a nice hot bath its the cherry on the cake.
The way of the lady at the desk when I told her about the cold water.
Location manager(excellent) staff friendly
2 lounge chairs needed in bedroom. Bedroom too small .Table to put suitcase on.
Nice location with beautiful views of Pretoria but not meeting the expectations the website promises. Room was nice clean and quiet.
Check-in and admin were "bureaucratic" and not electronically processed. Too much personal info asked on arrival that you are not particularly keen to spend time providing after a 20 hour trip - particularly when the booking was made through booking.com that hold all the info for the guest in any event. The reception desk was a normal working desk and no real space on it to make check in pleasant.
My stay at Waterfalls boutique hotel was very pleasant. Food was very good. Staff was proffesional and helpfull! Can be recommended
We loved the privacy and the service was excellent , we had a good time as a new couple. We recommend it as a honeymoon destanation
Easy to find. Great amenities and friendly staff
It was nice and centrally located.
The room was very small, the WiFi did not work initially, but eventually did. It is not a hotel, but a guest house. Why sell it as a hotel?????? It has nothing that one would expect of a 5 star hotel, yet it came up in the search for 5 star hotels. Will not recommend it to my worst enemy.
Tha staff was the best and patient also very friendly. Their breakfast
The are something they promised and they did not deliver like the lotions and shower caps and many more
For a "boutique hotel" I did not expect to firstly struggle with parking as only 3 vehicles can park securely. Secondly it was raining during my entire stay and I was put in a room below the main building and had to walk in the rain and get sopping wet every time. No umbrellas were offered. I asked for a carpet to wipe my wet feet on due to the rain and was brought white towels every time. The towels provided looked ragged and old and was not comfortable to use at all. No Wi-Fi facilities available either. The breakfast was mediocre to say the least. This is more like a 3 star guesthouse than anything else. Their website is misleading in what they offer and is definitely not value for money. I expected a lot more unfortunately and I will not recommend anyone to stay here. With all this being said, the place has massive potential...
Unusual garden with fascinating Koi pond and pool area
Intrusive traffic noise, Steep steps. Overpriced. Lots of charges for extras...small items in fridge were r20 each. Double charged credit card which had to be sorted out. Dinner and wine prices were excessive
Absolutely beautiful location, facilities, staff and service! It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Waterfalls Boutique Hotel and will definitely be returning in the future!
The food, but a bit pricy.
Our speakers stayed over and the feedback was overall good. The just mentioned that the rooms are not set-up for business travelers. i.e. desk to work, plug for the lap top. They also mentioned that closing the curtains at night is very time consuming.
1.Staff walking in from the outside through the lounge and dining room area during breakfast/ supper. 2.Breakfast menu definitely not on par with other facilities with the same "Stars". The same hot breakfast 2 mornings in a row; and no choice/ selection at all. 3.The air-conditioner in my bathroom kept me awake the first night. It could not be turned off. The next morning no one could fix it. 4.It took the "barman" 40 minutes to bring our wine/ whiskey Sunday night. 5.The Staff also mixed up our, my colleague and my, bookings and payment thereof. In front of other guests we were told that we have not paid our bill. Very not professional. 6.In general: We expected more!
Staff were very friendly and the food was asesome. The room was really beautiful.
I travel a lot and one of the things that is important is the finer details in a room. There was no hand soap or hand cream available in the bathroom and no soap in the shower.
Staff, room size, view, food and location
Small car park, but always got in.
Location and Hospitality
Staff and service were excellent.Room was neat and clean and the food was delicious and well prepared.
Not enough parking for all the cars inside the parking area.
