All apartments have modern, fully equipped kitchens with state-of-the-art appliances.
Each stylish, contemporary apartment is well equipped with up-to-date technology including satellite TV and DVD player.
All apartments have a washing machine and tumble dryer and some have under floor heating and air conditioning.
Victoria Wharf (1 km) – This world-famous shopping centre has over 400 fashion outlets, boutiques, restaurants & fast food outlets.

Conveniece to the Waterfront Easy for my customers to find with good parking. Good living room for meetings. I would like to find the fridge stocked with basics including soft drinks wine,beer, milk,bread butter,eggs, salt and pepper. Would be happy to pay in advance for the supplies |

The convenient location - it is no doubt touristy, but is good as there are retail outlets, supermarkets and restaurants nearby where you can walk to even late in the evening. The lack of porter service - we had to carry our heavy suitcases on our own up flights of stairs. |

Location and size of apartment was very good, security was excellent . Customer service was completely non existent and when we called for a service it was never done and sometimes took a day or 2 to get. |

The place was very secure and we felt very safe. The apartment had all we needed and very near shopping and resturants. There was no staff to meet us at the waterfront apartment we had to go and find them which after a 13 hour flight was no picnic. The office where the keys were was on another street. |

On arrival at the Waterfront Village we were met with courteous staff. We were driven to our apartment which was beautiful, we had a private pool and the rooms were exceptionally clean and well equiped. Overall it was a fantastic experience. |

I was particularly unhappy that I got put in an apartment that was being renovated and had scaffolding surring the building blocking the view. I was unable to use the balconies due to work being done and workers working on them. I had to keep the curtains closed due to the workers on the balcony and was woken up in the mornings from the noise of water blasting the outside of the building. All because the owners wanted revenue while the work was being done. The hot water was not working when I arrived late Sunday evening. |

Bien positionné à la marina. En allant vers le Victoria Wharf (mall), on passe devant le Cape Grace et le v&a Hotel. J'avais réservé un chambre simple et j'ai été upgradé (en moyenne saison). Le housekeeping est fait en minimum. Pas trop grand chose à dire ce sont des appart hotel assez sympas et pas mal grands. Pas de wifi dans notre appart. C'est assez nul. |

Detta lgh-hotell var utmärkt beläget alldeles vid småbåtshamnen, innanför Waterfront, vi hade utsikt över denna. Snygg lgh mkt smakfull. Superutrustat kök. Stora sovrum med sköna sängar. Riktigt lyxiga badrum - separat bad och dusch i varje badrum.Skulle gärna återkomma till hit. Vad det gäller prisbilden tror jag dock att vi blev uppgraderade |

Er gaat een ontspannen sfeer uit van het personeel. Ze zijn zeer correct en goed behulpzaam. We hebben dit hotel gekozen om zijn ligging. De contacten tussen het boekingskantoor en het hotel. Ik heb, omdat ik niet kon aantonen dat ik de kosten reeds had betaald, een naar gevoel overgehouden aan mijn verblijf in Kaapstaad. Ik voelde mij schuldig maar daar was geen reden toe. Het personeel heeft me op mijn woord moeten geloven. Zeer slechte zaak van het boekingskantoor. |
