The room was great, plenty of space to move. The room was warm and homely with a lovely bathroom. The view was fantastic. I battled with the roads and there is not adequate signage. I battled to find the spa and finding the exits. At night time it is even worse. Signage definately needs to be redone.

The ambiance in the vineyards was wonderful. The food in the restaurant was very good. The breakfasts were included with the room were also excellent. The tasting was also excellent. The property does make good wine.

As marked above The restaurant was a disappointment. Our dinner was not well prepared. The lamb shank was very dry and the veg potjie was basically veggies in a dark very salty syrup/soup/bisto-type sauce. The acoustics and lighting did nothing for ambience and personal space. When we got to breakfast (on time) we discovered that some foods on the buffet are finished, more patrons complained about this.

Large rooms, very comfortable and practical, although a bit outdated. The rooms were very clean, with great minibar, fantastic restaurant and buffet breakfast! Memorable stay!

What needs to improve: 1 Two separate for a couple on a get away does not cut it 2 Faulty kettle resulting in frequent electricity trips does not sut it 3 Incomplete replenishment of soap, conditioners, etc after cleaning of room does not cut it 4 Being exposed to a store room when all you want is to have a relaxing break does not cut it 5 Spa - worst massage i have ever had in my life Positives 1 Restaurant - good quality of food and service. Passionate staff 2 Spa - my wife had best massage of her life Place has great potential and is marketed very well - there are just a few things that need to be fixed to attain world class standard

Was disappointed that Honeymoon suite is right next to all other rooms. Phoned at 8am and asked if breakfast could rather be sent to our room and they said no.
