The staff were friendly attentive and most welcoming. The setting is beautiful

The free internet was limited. I think a five star hotel should offer it openly

Fantastic suite with hot tub right on the Zambezi river! Fantastic views. Pet croc Charlie living in the hotel pond by the restaurant. Great staff, excellent buffets and very good management. Recommend it highly.

Excellent food (although service was slow), very private, great location by the Zambezi, good tour options (but at a cost) and have their own river boat which was popular.

Service was slow. Expensive. Mosquitoes. Ensure you have yellow fever immunisation certificate because it is checked at Livingstone airport
