Our stay was so comfortable. Its location is so good: it is easy to reach the city center and there are very nice places not far from the hotel, for instance the oceanographic. I expected more vegetables in the breakfast. |

This was a great hotel and the location made it even better. Yes it was a walk to the beach and the city centre but you could walk to both locations, probably a 30 minute gentle stroll. There was a Metro station fairly close by (10 minute walk) so you could get to the main attractions by Metro if you'd prefer and very easy for getting to and from the airport. The only thing I would say could have been improved was the wifi in the hotel, it was available but at extra cost and it was fairly costly. Most hotels offer free wifi, I think this hotel should too. |

Modern hotel within walking distance of the metro station Ayora and the Turia Gardens. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. We would definitely revisit this hotel. |

I am in a wheelchair and at no time did I have a problem with access to any facilities + the staff treated me like a human being not an inconvenience. I could not fault anything in the hotel |

Good staff and nice bar/restaurant. We arrived after dark and it was very difficult to get to the hotel. We could see it but could not get to the entrance. We finally parked close by and walked to the entrance and got direction on how to get to there. Parking was a problem and expensive too but I think this is typical throughout Europe. A pool would have been nice. |

spacious bedrooms and bathrooms; very good breakfast service;staff was efficient; very good value for money the airconditioning unit in our room did not function properly and although we pointed this the unit was not operating at 100% efficiency. |

Excellent facilities and friendly staff. Executive rooms were good value for money Would like to see more information in reception/room about ways to travel in the City i.e. Buses, taxis etc A map of the City would be useful |

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helped out all the time! The food is amazing and the room was great. A fantastic stay all round. |
