Ładne, komfortowe pokoje, idealne rozwiązanie dla rodzin z dzieckiem (połączone pokoje) Raczej skromne wyposażenie pokoi. Trochę oddalony od atrakcji turystycznych. |

Pracownicy recepcji traktują Gości bardzo przyjaźnie. Służą pomocą I są bardzo uprzejmi.Bez problemu można zamówić taksówkę, lub zabytać o zabytki. Na każde pytanie jest grzeczna odpowidź. |

location, close to city centre, everything walking distance, easy access to metro and buses. comfortable room. hotel staff excellent dealing with the aftermath on street pick-pocketing event. unhappy, that a room had been booked for low floor and double bed, when arrived, not available and had to pay a supplement. |

I liked the clean room, and very friendly staff at the hotel. Altough I did like the breakfast,I think it should be a little cheaper since 10 Euros is a lot of money unless you stough yourself with food. |

Staff were very good No coffee or tea facilities,bar facilities were very basic.We booked hotel about 2 months before we went and if we had booked a week before we went we would have paid alot less,does put a sour taste in one's mouth. |

Central to the city, nice and quiet. The hotel was modern in design and well maintained. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. The rooms were a little smaller than I expected, also shower ran from hot to cold consistantly although the tap was untouched. |

This was a weekend city break, we foun dteh hotel to be well priced, aorund a 10 minute walk form the centre. The rooms were excellent, modern and clean and the staff were excellent. |

Helpful, friendly staff. Bathroom fit for a king. Bed super comfy. Room safe easy to use and fit my large laptop. Breakfast/dinner tasty and priced right. Shallow pool did the job, but surrounded by an eye sore...recommend installing a sun roof over pool area. |

The room was impeccably clean and was thoroughly cleaned every day. Englishspeaking staff - who were very service-minded. WiFi did not work in my room but no problem to borrow a cable that was sent up to my room immideately. |

Good breakfast and courteous and very helpful, pool was small but ok, internet ok Rooms were too minimalistic, glass doors to the toilet and no lock on toilet door. Soap was in a small bottle and not enough to last 2 persons for a day |

close to many things. very nice rooms. one particular employee was extremely helpful when my wallet was stolen, but the rest were less than responsive. i tried to make a spa apppoinmtent, get a dinner reservation and a wake up call and was zero for three on those request.it was great that we had connecting rooms for the kids |

A very good location. Staff is at normal level, available to give information. In our room we did not find a safe and the shower was designed for dishabled people. We asked to change room but staff answered it was impossible. |
