Costa Adeje Gran Hotel

The large room looking out at the mountains, the rooftop sunbathing, the proximity to the airport and to the shops and restaurants.

The service (in November) was poor. We stayed in the lovery outdoor courtyard to hear the evening entertainment and had to wat 30 - 40 minutes for table sevice to bring a drink - in the end we gave up. The food at the evening buffet is not 5 star- its fine but more like 3 star.

Safe parking for the car, facility for sun bathing on roof,refrigerator in room.

The overall down marketing to favor Thompson clientele.might make us re-consider returning for third visit.

Reception staff were very helpful. Pools were very nice

Catering staff were not as helpful and tended to forget orders. Showers changed from hot to cold and back again

Breakfast was very good despite of some other comments.Locatin of hotel is a liitle frar from beach.If you want to be always in the beach ,it is not good location.Its swimming pools were excellent and you ca not find them crowded at all ,always you can find good place in order to catch tan .nearby one good restaurants to have dinner or anything else.As a conclusion ,It is valuable for money .

not refrig. in room ,you can not keep anything cold in your room.A little bit far from the beach ( it is obvious from google earth ).in some case ,You can hear your neighbiour's voices through the wall of your room.It is not good for sleeping if your neighbors are not good .

The services were excellent.

The location was excellent, close to Airport yet just far enough outside busy area.The hotel was airy plenty open spaces adequate seating at any time of day or nighr and Facilities were excellent.All staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Nothing, This is definetly one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

This is an excellent hotel with top quality food and variety, the staff were extremely effecient and helpful. We went for a relaxing week and that was what we got, I have no doubt we will use both your facality and this hotel again.

It was a little bit out of the hub of activity but having said we got a bit of exercise out of it.

The staff are superb any time of day or night! The sense of peace you get throughout the hotel. The facilities are excellent. I've seen bad comments about the breakfast and evening food in the restaurant. I don't agree with the breakfast comments - the 2 times we've been there we've had a variety of freshly prepared food, I've stayed in similar hotels in the area and had very much worse!!

The only comment I have is perhaps keeping the rooftop area child free? The 3 pools on terrace level are excellent for a family area and most people who wanted peace and quiet gravitated to the rooftop. On occasion the peace in this relatively small area was shattered by screaming kids... not a very peaceful experience!!!

El hotel en sí. Grande, cómodo, con personal agradable y colaborador, con zonas comunes excelentes, tanto en el aspecto de ocio como deportivo y social. Muy recomendable.

Sí. El café y la leche de los desayunos del buffet extremadamente malos. Ni el sabor ni el color son convincentes. Demasiado aguados. Para mi familia ha sido un punto muy negativo al tener que desayunar allí todos los días. Hasta el niño no tomó leche en toda la semana y puedo asegurar que es su desayuno y cena habituales. Por otro lado es curioso y pienso que inaceptable, que un hotel familiar, con actividades específicas para niños, no disponga de ningún canal de televisión infantil para cubrir las horas muertas en habitación. Por lo demás estamos muy contentos.
