Staff were very attentive and any requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Facilities were very good with an excellent spa area. No complaints or queries whatsoever.Weather was also good with warm sunny days and slightly chilly nights. Good restaurants in the area but the exchange rate affected the prices. (UK/Euro) |

we enjoyed the comfort of our room and the arrangement of the first class seating around the pool area. our granddaughter wished that the water in the pool was warm as it was freezing cold. |

Great new hotel in an excellent location; most of the staff were very helpful and warm. Super comfy beds, excellent showers and excellent breakfast open past noon. Some teething problems being a new hotel |

la tranquilidad del hotel, la piscina, el servicio, las habitaciones... el miercoles, a les 10.45 de la mañana se habia terminado en el desayuno el zumo de naranja.preguntando si habia mas zumo, la camarera nos contesto que no, que se habia terminado.un hotel de 5 estrellas no se puede permitir esto.el servicio de prensa en el hotel te dicen que no hay ningun problema con la prensa, que la reserves en recepcion y por la mañana te la dejaqran en la habitacion.pues de los 7 dias que estuvimos 4 no llego la prensa. la respuesta no ha llegado.estamos en el año 2009 y la prensa llega a todos sitios. |

La qualité des equipements des chambres, la decoration, la position de l'hotel Le decalage entre les 5 etoiles de l'hotel, parfaitement justifié par sa qualité, et le manque de qualification du personnel, on peut pas fournir une prestation 5 etoiles avec des saisonniers. |

Las habitaciones muy espaciosas. Servicio de habitaciones muy bien. La piscina muy bien, aunque el suelo resbala. EL Spa aun no estaba en funcionamiento, y no se sabia al hacer la reserva. A pesar de ello, ofrecian servicios de masajes, en un reservado.El dia de salida no lo tienen solucionado si sales en un vuelo de los ultimos del dia. Aire acondicionado siempre muy bajo, mucho frio. |

le calme qui règne. le bar terrasse est superbe mais pas du tout fréquenté, il est au 5ème étage et l'ascenseur général ne va pas au 5ème il faut emprunter un autre ascenseur et aucune indication n'est faite. dommage car c'est c'est extra, et pourquoi ouvert seulement de 20 h à 1 h ? pas assez de personnel à la réception, celles qui sont là font 3 choses à la fois !Petit déjeuner trop cher rien d'extra par rapport à d'autres hôtels. 25 euros par personne ! |

Ontzettende behulpzame medewerkers in het hotel o.a. receptie, ontbijtzaal en pool etc. Ook al is het een middel groot design hotel. Je voelt toch dat het een familie hotel is en dat is prettig. Wij waren er vanaf 14 juni en het seizoen moest nog opstarten. Aan het zwembad was nog geen volledige bediening en persoon bij het ontbijt was ook niet voldoende. Later in de week was dit wel al opgelost! |

De kamers waren zeer mooi, afwerking iets minder, mooi zwembad en zeer goede ligstoelen. Het eten was er ook zeer lekker. Zeer kleine menukaart, af en toe was er iets niet. Zeer slechte bediening met lange wachtijden geen serice. Ontbijt was een ramp geen gekoelde oppervlakten voor het vlees, geen of weinig keuze en zeer lange wachtijden voor de koffie, geen afgeruimde tafels voor een 5 sterren hotel zou dit echter niet mogen. |

Super ausgestattetes Zimmer mit traumhaftem Blick über den Yachthafen, und das über booking.com zu einem äusserst atraktiven Preis. Werftbetrieb am Hafen manchmal laut. Oft etwas viel Design, so dass die Funktion in den Hintergrund gerät. Der letzte Schliff fehlt... |
