lots of flies around the pool and restaurant area, the television did not work, neither did the AC and the fridge. after reporting to the reception this was rectified very quickly. however a 4 star hotel should have better standards of cleanliness especially around the pool. |

Pool and garden are very nice. Reception staff was not always obliging. Some have been very nice but not all. Had to pay the bill on the first day!! The rooms were not very clean and the breakfast buffet was uninspired. Be aware that you always need a car to go to other places. You can't walk. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, specially reception and housekeeping. Nice and clean poolarea.big swimming pool. Spacious apartments with good equipment! Pool restaurant a la carte list price and quality did not really match. Hotel is in Bahia Feliz not in San Agustin ! |

We loved the pool area; very nice pool and good poolside restaurant. Friendly staff. Beautiful outdoor areas designed around and inside the resort. Our only complaint is that our room/apartment was dirty and was not cleaned at all during our 2 weeks stay. We had several cockroaches in our room, the floor was too dirty to walk on barefoot (your feet would get black underneath), the bathroom smelled of urine, and there were dustballs in the corners. The cleaning staff barely brushed the floor with a broom and made the bed - nothing else. |

Updated rooms are excellent, staff brilliant. The Club has everything I need for a good relaxing holiday. Used one of the room that had not been refurbished and it looked tired and a little shabby. |

Friendly staff, Everything was there for our whole family to enjoy. We arrived, stayed 6 nights and never left. We desperately needed to rest, and there were great activities for those in are family that wanted to do more than soak up the sun with a good book. We dont understand the topless sunbathing, and regret that it is such a common practice. There is stock car racing on a track right by the hotel on the weekends, it was quite noisy but would not make us not come back. |

Close to the sea, beautiful garden and pool. Nice area in the village with shops and restaurants. Quite long hallways, sound from the neighbours (if the neighbour moved a chair you could hear this loud and clear - very negative). Very close to a private airstrip and roadracing track. The beds were not so very comfortable (hard), this could be a lot better especially in a hotel like this. The surroundings could look better as well (outside of the fence). |

La piscina climatizada es muy relajante, pero el cloro daña un poco la piel. debería pulir un poco mas los detalles en las habitaciones habia puertas cuarteadas y demas..las hamacas son muy incomodas y algunas estan muy viejas y cedidas por el uso. |

pues la verdad ke todo en si muy bonito y los apartamentos muy espaciosos y bien ekipado la verdad ke espero repetir lo malo era ke si pierdes la toallas tienes ke pagar 50€ pues sii el ke no en los dias ke estuve no vinieron a limpiar si no una pasadita y no me cambiaron las toallas en todo en finde por lo demas todo bien por ke hubieron cosas ke no me gustaron pero era ageno al hotel |

La habitación, la zona de piscinas, muy buena la piscina infantil, la atención del personal... la verdad es que merece la pena. En nuestro caso, ya lo hemos disfrutado en tres ocasiones. Debería renovarse el parque infantil: muy anticuado. También deberís cuidarse la limpieza en torno a las piscinas: el bordillo etc |
