The restaurant view was excellent. The lack of any specific parking facility for the hotel could have been an issue, but at the time of our stay did not cause a problem.Main reason for fair rating above.Would have been nice to have a bit more choice of English speaking TV programmes rather than just Eurosport |

Central location and reasonable rates. The restaurant staff were initially rather surly though they did cheer up a bit. Their English was relatively poor but fortunately my companion spoke Spanish. |

Se puede ir paseando al casco histórico y nos tocó una habitación interior así que no tuvimos problemas de ruido, aunque parece que está bien insonorizado. |

Connessione internet in camera gratuita, televisore, frigobar, cassetta di sicurezza, arredamento della camera curato nei dettagli. Il prezzo eccessivo dei pasti (anche la colazione si paga a parte!!!). |

Bien situado,centrico,muy cerca de todo lo que hay que ver en Cuenca.Habitación bastante amplia y bien de limpieza,buena relación calidad/precio. Demasiado ruido del servicio de limpieza por la mañana temprano.Ojo porque se equivocaron y nos cobraron el iva que estaba ya incluido en la reserva de booking. |

Calidad/precio muy bueno. Está centrico y muy cerca del centro histórico. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y están totalmente reformadas. |

La terraza en la que se desayuna. Deja una estupenda vista de parte de Cuenca. La entrada es algo cutre. Sorprende luego lo bien que está el resto del hotel cuando ya has entrado. |

Todo muy limpio y nuevo, el aspecto de fuera no tiene nada que ver con las habitaciones. La cafetería y el parking son caros, aunque como casi todas las ciudades turisticas. |

La terrasse du petit déjeuner avec vue sur la vieille ville. La localisation dans la ville nouvelle mais le centre historique facilement accessible à pied Beaucoup de bruit pendant la nuit (déplacements de meubles à l'étage supérieur qui est celui du restaurant) |

Schönes Zimmer, schöner Ausblick, Mobiliar von guter Qualität Duschgel war von billiger Qualität (stellt aber kein wirkliches Manko dar!); Doppelbett war kein Doppelbett, sondern zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten, die andauernd rutschten; enttäuschend war das Restaurant, welches nicht der Klasse des Hotels entsprach; Parkmöglichkeiten sollten im Preis inklusiv sein (wir haben auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz geparkt: alle 2 Std das Ticket zu erneuern war... |

Localización muy céntrica. Personal amable. Instalaciones viejas pero reformadas. Restaurante La Terraza situado en el piso más alto del hotel con vistas espectaculares y muy buen servicio. Decoración poco acogedora. El sistema de calefacción es por aire, hace mucho ruido y no calienta bien, el calor no llega al baño y allí hace un poco de frío. Un poco caro para el servicio prestado en general. |
