Excellent location on beach Appalling behaviour around pool. Very drunk youngsters, abusive language, general bad behaviour, staff did nothing to control them. Many were not staying at the hotel but wandered in because right on beach |

Food was pretty decent with great location Bathroom was recently renovated and nice but the main room was tired and felt very dull and old fashioned. A little disappointing. Quite small too. |

Good location, close to the shopping streets on playa del bossa, nice beach. The hotel is typical Turkey 3*. Built in 70-ies, no wi-fi, no minibar and rather expensive for this price. The nearby Garby hotel looks much cooler and has a nice disco and chillout bar (though its rather more expensive). Ne[t time we would better save money and go for an appartment. |

There was absolutely nothing to like about this hotel. This hotel must have been by far the worst hotel I have seen in my life, and I have seen some pretty bad hotels around the world. The service was completely appalling, the rooms were dirty and sheets were never changed. Not to mention that the safebox in the room had to be rented at 5 EUR a day and the remote control for the TV too. How bad is |

All the rooms had a small balcony/terrace. There was not fridge in the room. Housekeeping department unprofessional. Cleaner ignored signs at the room door. Although sign said do not disturb, cleaners came in several times without knocking at the door!!! Noise they made in the corridor was far unnecessary, shouting from one end of the corridor to the other, disturbing guest trying to rest. |

The best was the location. We love Playa den Bossa. The staff's command of language was poor. Sometimes they were rude. |

The situation is the best thing: directly on the beach and also by the bus stop that takes you to Ibiza city in 10 minutes. Service!! Was very bad! I made a modification to stay 1 more night one week before arriving, I sent Booking an email plus an agent called them to tell them that we were staying 1 more night. They said it was ok. We arrived and paid for the 3 nights upon arrival, I still had to explain that I had extended to 1 night. Still the 2nd morning the cleaning maid opened our door to chase us out!!!!! |
