świetna obsługa, komfortowy, duzy basen, pokoje z tarasami, z pieknym widokiem, swietny serwis sprzatajacy (kazdego dnia), cicho i spokojnie, bardzo dobre ceny pokojow i rozrywek (kort tenisowy, mini golf) zbyt male i nie komfortowe łóżko dla 3 osoby (kanapa w salonie) |

very good location ( close to the beach, shops and nightlife), wonderfull view from a balcony, Basicly everything was very good except one guy with glasses at the reception desk, who was polite but not friendly at all. |

hotel itsellf was lovely, beautiful view from the balcony, very quiet reception staff wasn't very friendly especially one of them(male), he found it very annoying to answer any of my questions, didn't really care about me as a resident |

Sea view, room perfect, staff excellent, swimming pool very good.Nobody bothered me and left me be, staff were friendly and helpful.Had I paid twice the price I would not have been unhappy with the whole package.I will be back I hope. |

No real problem with the hotel or staff unfortunately we stayed whilst a Scottish stag party were there and they were allowed to be very noisy singing and swearing on their balconies and around the pool, the management should of removed them. |

The hotel good enough for me compared to what I payed for it. The location was quite good, hotel personnel was nice and helpful. The apartement was a bit worn-out, but quite spacious and well equipped. The bed felt a bit wonky under me and the television did not work well. |

Nice poolarea, ocean view from the room, good service in both hotell, resturant and by staff. The room went too cold some nights. |

Close proximity to Las Americas for beach, restaurants,bars, shopping, all within walking distance. Porn channel on t.v. which although we were adults staying for a week, I feel its inappropiate to have same where there would be a possibility of children having access to same! Apartments could do with decorating and some updated furniture also shower was impossible to use without spilling onto the floor. |
