The hotel staff was helpful, the location on the beach was just what we were looking for, and the rooms were quiet and clean! There were more amenities than we had time to take advantage of but the pool was a nice retreat when we were done with the sandy beach. The food and drinks were a bit pricey, so we ate and drank elsewhere. |

Excellent room. Excellent breakfast. Helpfull staff everywhere. The seaside, the pool, the bar with whisky and cola and super tasty olives at the pool. Me and my girlfriend were very satisfied by everything. |

The location made the hotel The service and attitude of reception staff at times was poor. They did not respond to my requests, when they said they would do something it only sometimes happened. I was really disappointed it was a special occassion for us. The restaurant manager was pleasant as was the conceirge. |

Swiming pools, proximity to the beach(but no beds from Hotel on the beach), comfort. Prices. Naturally, you can not expect low prices in 5 star hotel but 6 euro for a small bottle of water is a bit too much. Also lunch menu was a bit poor and dinner starts only at 8:30 pm with friendly but rather slow service. Even though general impression was very nice you may expect more for the money you pay. |

The attentiveness of the staff, the quality of the breakfasts. I thought that access to the spa for sauna and steam room should have been free of charge. A welcome bowl of fruit and bottle of wine would have been much appreciated. |

This is very good hotel, luxury and relaxing place for staying together. We booked suite and it was wonderful! Sea view, good location (metro/bus or taxi). It is very easy for find one's bearings on the ground. Easy food / room service 24h. Hot whirlpool in bathroom. We'll be back soon, I promise, lol :) Сhambermaid touched our shoes, slippers, moved furniture each time. For example, we moved chaise longues to sunny side and then she moved it back, to default position etc. I wouldn't like moved it each time, when I came back to room. Very expensive food (sandwich 20 euro), it is shocked me a bit)))) |

Very, very good staff - professional, courteous and focused on the guest. Great for the business traveller - excellent workspace in the room, free WiFi. Fairly dull neighborhood - nowhere to stroll except along the beach or withinn the hotel confines |

I liked that the hotel was on the beach. The only thing I would say about the hotel area is that there is nothing around it such as shops etc.. |

the spa was gorgeous. we also liked the free mini bar no coffee making facilities. also there were no full length wardrobes.the view from the rooms is only good from one side. we faced a building site! had we been on the other side we would have had a beautiful sea view |

Location is superb, directly on a beautiful stretch of beach. Also, on metro/tram lines to airport and city centre for sites and shopping. |
