doskonała lokalizacja (na nogach do np. Placa Catalunya albo Casa Batllo); dobra dzielnica i okolica; niezły standard (jak na "zwykły" apt., aczkolwiek na superior w którym byliśmy trochę za niski), stosunkowo nowe wykończenie i wyposażenie

niezbyt wygodne rozkładane łóźko; po jego rozłożeniu robi się ciasno (trudno przejść i usiąść przy stole); za mało talerzy/szklanek/kubków - dokładnie po jednym na osobę

Jechalo nas 2 pary i wynajelismy apartament dla 6 osob bo zalezalo nam aby byly dwie sypialnie i aby nikt nie musial spac na rozkladanej sofie.Po przyjezdzie na miejsce okazalo sie ze spokojnie moglismy wynajac mniejszy albo zabrac jeszcze dwoch znajomych :) Sofa nie byla zla i byly dwie lazienki- jak na ta cene to warunki super. Czysto, bardzo dobra lokalizacja.

Bardzo polecamy! Miła obsługa: wszyscy bardzo uprzejmi; bez problemu można się było porozumieć w języku angielskim; poprosiliśmy o dodatkowe klucze (jechały nas 2 pary), co także dało się załatwić od ręki. Bardzo wysoki standard: meble z ikei, ale wszystko nowe i z gustem! Dodatkowo warto wspomnieć o świetnej lokalizacji - właściwie w centrum!

grzyb w lazience,ciemne pokoje, zaplacilismy za apartament 4o osobowy , a mieliśmy 2 +rozkladana sofa, co powodowalo kompletny brak miejsca na przemieszczanie sie z pokoju do kuchni. Nie wymieniane ręczniki, brak papieru toaletowego- musielismy sie prosic o papier :((((

Accessability to the city centre. Within walking distance to all public transport for airport and all other tourist locations. Local restaurants and bars excellent and non tourist prices. Staff extremely helpful and the apartment well equipped, well presented (lovely sheets and towels).

The staff at the office were very helpful and the apartment although not located in the same place as the office was very close by and easy to find. 10 minute walk to La Rambla. Kitchen was very clean and had everything you would need..

The shower/bathroom facilites were not great. Only a shower curtain over a shower tray in one room which meant the floor would get soaking wet which is very dangerous, in both showers the shower holder did not work which meant you had to hold the shower hose over your head, and no mirror in one bathroom.

Tle location was excellent - right in the centre. The Apartment was very comfortable and clean.

The best aspect of our stay was the group of individuals managing the apartments were extremely helpful and friendly. Plus it was in an ideal location and central to everything.

We liked the possibility to cook from time to time, the living room and the location with a bus station directly in front of the entrance.

We didn't like the bath room facilities at all, the furniture in the bed rooms was rather old and in the one of them there was no usable warderobe, no TV programms were avaible with a good quality. In order to use better the bus station, I would recommend to give to the guests a plan with the bus station in Barcelona. It was not possible to find such a plan anywhere in Barcelona.

Allen the hotel staff was very accomodating to our requests and it left a very good impression.

I was there at 7am and have to wait until 9am for the staff to open the locked gate (I went to Balmes hotel and no collection of keys has been pre-arranged). Some arrangement should be done to receive guests arriving out from the range of 9am to 11pm. And upon check-out, the elevator broke down..... A 5 floors climb down with luggage

Great location, walking distance to La Rambla. Helpful staff who mapped out sites for us. Well equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer! Nothing to look at from the outside but very efficient and pleasant on the inside. Nice modern design with Ikea furnishings. Great for family.
