Miła kompetentna obsługa, dobre sniadania, dobra lokalizacja (centurm) Bardzo male pokoje, niedzialajacy basen, stosunkowo drogi parking, restauracja hotelowa na kolacje serwuje tylko pizze, wyposazenie pokoji trzy gwiazdkowe. |

Hotel usytuowany w calkiem dobrym mijscu, blisko centrum. Personel bardzo mily i pomocny, pokoj czysty, dobrze wyposazony. W pokoju bylo bardzo goraco, nawet przy wlaczonej klimatyzacji i otwartym oknie. Na jednej ze scian byly okna do jakiegos pomieszczenia. Przesloniete byly kotarami ale w nocy przebijalo z tamtad swiatlo. Widok z okna byl "urzekajacy", betonowy mur, pelen zawieszonych na nim wentylatorow i rur kanalizacyjnych, z ktorych dobiegal halas....... |

The location seemed quite safe and relatively quiet compared to Plaza Catalunya. Although we were at the front of the hotel, the sound blockout windows appeared to work well against street noise. There was a small balcony. The room was very small. The hotel did not have many public spaces and any available public seating was always occupied. There were no tea/coffee making facilities. For the price, I think we could have done better. |

the hotel is well placed,for anybody looking to explore and go shopping in the city, the staff are the most helpful i have come across. the noise from the gym-sports centre out side our window. it was dreadful. it kept the child up till 11 or midnight. |

Very friendly staff. lovely location on the beach. Easy reach of bus service The hotel staff directed us to the bus stop for line 7, but fail to advise us that the particular bus line does not run on Saturday or Sundays. Busline 1 that runs on these days is only about a block away. It would be good if a place could be provided to hang your clothes or gown in the Sauna area. |

Location,staff,everything was excellent....other reviewers complained about the breakfast....not much choice !!!! Choice was absolutely excellent...ok...paying 12euro for breakfast can be a bit irritating but the selection was top class... cant think of anything to dislike... |

This hotel is extremely well located and very accomodating. Staff was helpful with maps and directions, even got us tickets to the soccer match. Cafe was great for breakfast. The pool is too small for swimming. It's more of a soaking pool. But the jacuzzi and sauna were fine. |

Location was perfect. Near the metro and just around the corner from Catalunya and the Las Ramblas. It was a very short visit and was not at the hotel much so didnt find any fault with the hotel. Only fault was, I had a room on the back and so there was no view except looking at a dingy alley. |

This hotel is really clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Its located in easy walking distance to the main sites and restaurants. Would reccommend it. |

Location and modern style interiors; friendly aymosphere.Didn't like the lack of sound insulation between rooms; could hear conversations and other things. 1 the hotel backs onto a childrens nursery yard and school playground, both of which are very noisy from 08.15 until 22.45, the evening session being the worst when the youths play basket ball, roller blade hockey, football etc. The whole place is floodlit until 2300 hours. None of this was in the hotel description. Avoid rear rooms 07 to 11 on all floors for peace and quiet in the evening, assuming you are out during the daytime. We changed our room to one at the front, and my recommendation below is based on a front room. |
