niestety w pokoju nie bylo czysto, były zacieki na suficie w prysznicu i grzyb, co przy czarnym suficie bardzo razi w oczy, w toalecie był zapach, który świadczy o tym, ze nie jest ona dezynfekowana. Żaluzje były poobrywane, co przy tak specyficznej architekturze - okna pokoju praktycznie 3-4 m od ściany korytarza , nadmieniam ze z reguły sa to szklane ściany - zmusza do ich permanentnego zasłaniania roletą.

So many warnings about pick pockets in Barcelona but we were ripped off at the hotel! We asked at reception about how to get tickets for a Barcelona F.C. match. The receptionist made a telephone call and gave us a list of ticket prices. We went for the €85 option, expecting that for tha price they would be very good tickets but when we went to collect them at reception the day before the match, the price on each ticket was €52. We argued this with reception but got no satisfaction, the extra €33.00 per ticket was for the agent who arranged the tickets. We realised too late that tickets for the match were available up to the day at face value and that they could have been booked on the web or at the grounds. Poor customer service!

It was very close to the metro and took about 20mins to get to central Barcelona. There was also a massive shopping centre next door with lots of restaurants and shops.

I was a little disappointed with the pools, they were quite small and absolutely freezing. The only bar that ever seemed to be open was the corner bar in reception, so you couldn't get a drink at either of the two pools.

I appreciate the proximity with the congress center. The sight over Barcelona was really amazing from floor 24th. There has been a trouble with upper floor shower, and water coming in my bathroom. I diserved a new room and a gift. I consider that there was a good management of the trouble.

Beautifull view either of the sea or the city of barcelona, not in city centre but excellent public transport 1min away.

I can't say that I liked one things much more than others in the hotel. What I would like to mention is a perfect view over the city (11th floor) and a hi-tech bathroom :)

I had a business trip in Barcelona. I've stayed there for 3 nights. I was checked in at the 21st floor. The view of Barcelona was really nice. The rooms were clean and the staff was ok, however not excellent. I would recommend this hotel for the future, but not at a price higher than 100 euro per night. This is the correct value of the hotel.

The staff were very helpful and even though we had checked out of our rooms we were still able to leave our luggage there so we could go exploring before our flight.

Central location and stylish bedrooms

Lifts very slow. Swimming pool area deceptively small compared to image. Staff efficient but very cold/almost rude.

Loved the room as soon as I walked through the door. Large room, large and comfortable bed, great bathroom and although I only stayed on the fifth floor, I still got a great view of the Forum. The pool was a great place to relax, especially after a day of sight-seeing, shopping or even coming from the beach. The hotel itself is in a great location, close to a train station, a large shopping centre (Diagonal Mar) right next to it, and only 5 min train ride from Barceloneta Beach.
