Hotel polozony w bardzo milej dzielnicy Barcelony (odpowiednik górnego Mokotowa w Warszawie dużo starszych kamienic ale i blisko do nowej dzielnicy finansowej) Bardzo blisko do plaży, stosunkowo blisko do centrum miasta (4 stację metra), bardzo czysty i nowy hotel urządzony w nowoczesnym stylu i ze smakiem. Śniadania w formie bufetu całkiem smaczne. Rewelacyjna obsługa anglojęzyczna.

Godziny sprzątania pokoi są ciężkie do przewidzenia, ściany pokoi są bardzo cienkie i slychac przez nie dosłownie wszystko, ale taki jest już "urok" tutejszych hoteli. Brak programów anglojezyczych w TV.

Hotel o nowoczesnym wystroju,rodzinny,bardzo goscinny personel.Dostepnosc do komputera bezplatna.Mozliwosc skorzystania z basenu i silowni.

Przy rezerwacji hotelu zaznaczylam ,ze chcialam otrzymac pokoj z ladnym widokiem.Niestety,otrzymalam pokoj na drugim pietrze z malymi oknami i widokiem na prywatne mieszkania i ich balkony obwieszone bielizna.

Chamber maid was lovely and cleaned room really well. Internet worked well and you could print. Good at getting taxi

Staff could be improved on frnt desk...1st night checked in they were talking about payment for room, little if any smiles from all staff, restaurant staff not good at serving for a 4 * I would say very poor .....they need better training, it is not staff fault they wetre pleasant Hotel ought to introduce some quick good training schemes.

Big spaces all over the hotel.big rooms and bath. rich buffet at the breakfast.just 4 stops from the city center, and very close to the Llasuna metro station.

cleanliness at the room, pay more attention

Very clean, well appointed and spacious rooms with efficient air conditioning. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and provided useful guide booklets for tourist attractions in Barcelona. Good breakfasts. Hotel has convenient location since it is close to the metro (7 minute walk) and the beach (10 minute walk). We will be delighted to use this hotel again.

The lady on reception was friendly and when I asked for a room with a view, or higher up in the hotel, she checked availability and moved us up to a higher floor. The fact that she was willing to look and to change our room, and the way she did it would mean that I would definately consider staying at this hotel again. She was also very informative on the local area which was helpful.

The house red and white wine was poor quality and expensive for what it was.

Nice location with easy access to the Metro system and the beach.

I liked the hotel very much, brand new, and looks very nice. It takes you 5 minutes to walk to the beach, and 20 minutes to walk to port olympic. My largest disappointment was that there was no balcony! and no view from the hotel. I could not find any information that there was or wasn't a balcony, so i just assumed there was, but no. So don't plan on spend alot of time in the hotel if you go there. There is a pool on the roof, which is nice, but it is very small, and not room for many people up there. But overall i got a good value for my money, since my goal was a beach-vacation. Very clean, and nice looking hotell, smiling and helpful staff. The only reason I would not go there again, is that it has no balcony, unless you pay for a suite

Great offer and good value for money. Good location close to the beach but easily accessible by metro to the centre of town. Quiet area with not many local life however
